Lisabeth Wotherspoon, LICSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in 1998. I always knew I wanted to help others feel better about themselves. My BA in Sociology gave me a wonderful over all view of society and the pressures and messages we get from our culture. In my work with clients, I try to be mindful of the negative messages and beliefs we have about ourselves, and teach tools to challenge those beliefs. Before opening up my own practice, I worked primarily for community mental health clinics, as a supervisor and a clinician.
