Introduction

I’m a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a decade of experience, proudly holding a master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Touro College in Brooklyn, New York. My passion for providing personalized care led me to establish my own practice, free from the constraints of traditional education and healthcare systems that often prioritize profit over patient well-being. I specialize in early intervention for children, serving individuals of all ages. As a faith-based practice, I honor the teachings of Jesus Christ in my work. My family and I enjoy the beauty of Manatee County, FL, exploring its beaches and local cuisine.

What words would you use to describe yourself?

Compassionate
Playful
Dedicated
I chose the words compassionate, playful, and dedicated to truly encapsulate my approach to speech-language pathology. Compassionate reflects my deep caring nature and commitment to supporting families on their communication journeys. I believe in creating a nurturing environment where clients feel safe and understood. The word playful highlights my ability to easily establish rapport with my clients, as I incorporate fun and engaging methods into my sessions. This playful approach not only fosters a positive atmosphere but also enhances learning and growth. Finally, dedicated embodies my unwavering passion for my work; I am devoted to providing the highest level of care and empowering individuals with the gift of communication. Together, these qualities define my practice and my interactions with those I serve.

Who are you best positioned to serve?

I am well-positioned to serve a diverse range of clients, particularly focusing on early intervention for children. My expertise includes supporting those with articulation and phonological challenges, as well as social and pragmatic language skills. I have a passion for working with children with autism, those who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and those facing language and developmental delays, including Down syndrome. Additionally, I provide stuttering therapy across all ages, from preschool through adulthood, and support adults with swallowing disorders, dysarthria, apraxia and aphasia. My goal is to empower each individual, helping them to communicate effectively and confidently.
