As always we had a great experience with the Learning Center and feel we were taken care of. The consultation and testing were executed expertly and the feedbackresults from the evaluation were communicated in a succinct and digestable way.

I am learning from the professional level how and what my son needs help with and how they are going to help him. I am so happy and blessed to find this place.

It was such an amazing time with this center.I could see my kids big progress But what I more appreciate is everyone in this center tried to recognize my kids potential. And they are so flexible when youd love to change your schedules. All my family was thrilled to see my kids progress and they all love this center too.

I had a positive experience. The entire staff were professional interacting with me and my son. I believe that Lindamood-Bell is an excellent program. I hope more parents will be made aware of this program.

Im very pleased with my sons experience at Lindamood Bell this summer He was happy to go felt like the time went quickly increased his confidence and improved his reading skills. I think the feedback and reward systems in place are solid consistent and effective I appreciated the feedback sessions with Terri and James as well. I was initially very worried about the cost and with these results I feel it was money well spent

My child did an evaluation over zoom during this past summer. The clinician knew my daughter had other commitments and therefore our schedule would need an A.M. accommodation. After paying 400 without any type of written report of their findings we were unable to come to an agreement regarding the schedule. They wanted a 4 hour minimum per day commitment and they couldnt provide a set schedule seems like it changes weekly. Also our child was 5 years old at the time and a 4 hour timeframe would have been excessive for her. I was hoping to have the tutoring done everyday for 2 hours but we were unable to meet in the middle. It seems like the center has an all or nothing approach. When we couldnt reach an agreement I was out the 400 with nothing to show for it.

This place was so hard to find buy after walking up and down the block a few times its tucked away in a building. The center is located on the 5th floor and as the elevator doors open theres a receptionist that greets you with a wonderful quirky sense of style and her name is Gabby. I used to always get a hello or hi but after a few visits its completely absent. I come in sign out my child and leave. I refuse to keep being courteous when I get none.In the back there are rooms with bare walls a desk chair and a laptop. Also theres small cubicles for the teachers and kids to learn. I understand that this place focuse is one on one learning but the children have ZERO interaction with each other and plenty of times Ive came to see my child stuck on the laptop or in front of the TV watching a movie in the front.I dont know what goes on during lunch time but my childs lunch has been open ALL over in the book bag and the boxed juice spilled everywhere along with an open and scattered sandwhich. Its poor supervision. My child has more potential then reading books with cat hat bat rat and mat. This isnt stimulating and we read more advanced books at home which is great Most of the staff look annoyed as if it was a struggle to come do their job. If youre in it for the money THIS PROFESSION IS NOT FOR YOU. Theres only a few teachers Ive seen that genuinely look like they love what they do and are so sweet and gentle. I advise any parent who has a special needs child to have their child in a warm inviting and a real school setting where theres different classes challenging work recess for exercise and to get their energy out. I hope for improvements in the future because the potential is there but happily there will be a transfer to a different place. Thanks

This is a predatory institution that clearly preys on anxious parents whos children are struggling with literacy. Most of the children here ultimately are undiagnised DYSLEXICS and require specialized learning programs. They remove all joy from reading and try to create automaticity which will work-but only briefly. The program is shockingly expemsive again becasue desparate parents will pay the fact that its a for-profit institution should be a red flag to all.
