Lifeworks NW - Hillsboro – Walnut St.

This happened in the summer of 2023. My mexican dad came in for treatment he really needs therapy and was quite literally kicked out after 30 mins. The white therapist said nothing was wrong with him when my dad clearly exhibited signs of stress and anxiety. They declined treatment for him and left our family in stress. We moved on to Sequioa and hes finally getting treatment. If youre of color please dont come here the staff is very rude.

In major crisis. Had intake 2weeks ago but still have heard nothing back....I was told I would be set up with a therapist in less than a week. I need a meds prescriber because I need medication My regular Dr wont help with the right medication for my disorder because she knows nothing about mental health and LW was told this but nothing. Now out of meds and unleashed on the world without the medication that keeps me human...not a good thing. Its no wonder there are crazy people out here commiting violent acts to get their point across screaming for help and no one listens thanks Lifeworks

They cant keep therapists at all. I had 3 therapists in less than one year. You end up with not even graduated students. And no i dont want to talk about it with you guys.

Trying a get a therapist in this place is a joke I needed help urgently 10mos ago I could have been dead by now ugh

I was basically forced to speak about something I wasnt ready to speak about.. I asked the counselor Dan if we could not speak on the subject and how it made me uncomfortable but he continued to go on about something I am very insecure about knowing it was hitting me where it hurt and I asked him to stop talking about it and he persisted on saying how my mistakes will affect my child and if I wanted them to be how I was and I started to break down and cry. It was traumatizing.. the front desk people are amazing but the therapist themselves SUCK

I called and the receptionist hung up on me when I said I was having trouble hearing her.

These people only care about their paycheck. There is no understanding for the people they are helping and they all seem pretty rude from the interactions I have had with them.

Terrible in every since of the word. Honest Statement s said by staff is about 10 corrwct

Horrible place I have ulcerative colitis meaning when I gotta go number 2 I GOTTA GO and I told the lady I have ulcerative colitis and I needed to go right now and she said hold on after this and when I finally ran to the bathroom I didnt make it and foiled myself they dont respect your disabilities never going back ill search somewhere that hires people that actually care about their patients
