LifeStance - Whitehall Wellness

Have finally settled consistently with a therapist after enduring a slew of ever-changing ones. Things are going well now but reluctant to award 5 stars because of previous chaotic issues where no one seemed to know what heshe was doing and I was sometimes forced to go without meds for several days. Things have definitely improved and I love my therapist. I feel that LifeStance has been instrumental in saving my life.

I have followed my provider to this practice. I like being able to use the portal as well as the option for video visits. The office staff can be a bit hard to contact if you need to speak to them directly

Always professional courteous and so convenient to be able to have my appointments either in person or on my phone

I really enjoyed Linda Stewart she made my first experience nice.

I see my counselor every week we do video visits. I really enjoy having someone to talk to about anything I have on my mind. My counselor is Donna Wattley-Phang I love her she is great

Lifestance is great always very understanding if need to cancel or reschedule. Therapists are awesome also

Laura Hummel is an incredible practitioner. And the Lifestance staff are friendly and helpful too

PT is NOTT respected their thoughts are not taken into account at all Then you cant hear her but nothing wrong with my laptop on her end not corrected though mentioned twice Pushy again if I dont see this one or that one I cant have Weight Loss surgery I am NOTTT a child EITHER No way to treat a Patient Too pushy ARROGANT. My GF even heard what she was saying and the last 3 X as well...So its NOTT me

My daughter was referred to Lifestance Middletown. We were so happy they could see her quickly. First visit was ok I didnt feel the therapist was happy with me as the mother. I also didnt feel that she did enough or got anywhere with my daughter. I was told to call the next day to schedule next appointment. When I called I was told the therapists generally schedule their own appointments. However I was able to schedule two weeks out. The therapist never showed. So I made another one with same therapist as they had no one else. Again no show. The office told me one thing and the therapist who called me afterwards said another. I was ensured that my daughter would be seen by someone else. I called to finally make an appointment again even if it had to be Newark. I was told they had no one available. Now I need therapy.

My Therapist along with the staff have been very attentive. I have visited many therapists who made me feel unimportant and who did not take my needs seriously. So grateful for Lifestance. I would recommend anyone in need of such services to consider LIFESTANCE
