Ive been going to this practice since 2017 for therapy medication management and testing. The staff are always friendly even at 6am when Im having an anxiety attack and all of the social workers NPs and Drs have been amazing.I have recommended this office to my friends and family in the past and Im going to continue to do so in 2024 forward.

I see you removed 1 post and left the better one. I can see why MID ATLANTIC ran out of life Life Stance isnt much better. You have Psychiatrist that believes in game playing or it for tat bossy at times just uncaring What patient wants to be bosses around by their therapist Life Stance sure does seem much better EITHER

My experience wasnt the best. I elected virtual sessions. My therapist wasnt punctual to either session. He alsoseemed ill prepared given the repetitive exchange from the line of questioning during my last session. Incident took place that i wanted to discuss next session. Reached out via my therapist preferred method of communication which remained unacknowledged. Resulting in me canceling all future sessions. When making the coordinator aware no empathy or apologies for experience. Just confirmation of my request. Look elsewhere for a better experience if timecommunication are important to you.

Stay away. I had severe anxiety and the old male provider I had my initial consultation with refused to treat me and the front desk turned me away when I asked to see another provider. After an hour of begging and dragging my mother into it they let me see someone else.She constantly cancelled appointments and would not notify me and Id still get a bill. It got to the point where it was COVID so tele-med only I had no refills and she didnt show up and the office would not answer the phone. She put my life at risk and was then appropriately let go from the practice also no notification.I left a voicemail saying I would no longer be a patient here and received a bill in the mail months later for nothing. Front desk staff was horrendous and good luck getting anyone on the phone.

If you book online but dont answer your phone they will cancel your appointment but wont email you a cancellation notice so you are aware of this. My confirmation email did not say that I needed to talk to someone on the phone. All it said was that I need to fill out information on the online portal. When I went to fill it out there was nothing there. This defeats the purpose of booking online. When I called to get things squared away they were rather rude. I spoke with Kelsey. I think she tried to be nice but kept just saying we didnt answer the phone...why not put that in the email that I need to call in or just let people enter their card information online when we complete the patient forms Also if its an effort to be polite and address customers concerns then youre in the wrong business. Im glad to hear so many positives about the providers but I am reconfirming the dissatisfaction with booking and reception.

Miss Lavonya Moore seems like a very nice counselor. My 7 year old saw her once 2 months ago. Since then we had credentialing issues with insurance that dragged on for about 2 weeks. Then the provider tried to schedule through the portal seeing it was an issue as you need to talk real time to make an appointment but never picking up the phone to call. The. I call to make an appointment and was told I need a telehealth appointment before she can be seen in office. This appointment needs to take place in Delaware. So I drive I live in PA and the portal doesnt work on my phone. So I find from the provider that I didnt need to do that since shes licensed in PA. With no options that day she is able to make an appointment in person for a week later. I get a call this morning that the provider is out of the office today. Its been months. Ive put up with this as its difficult to find a provider for a 7 year old that accepts insurance. This game is doing more damage and causing such letdown for my kid for months now and is unacceptable. How can you do this to a child Shame on this practice.I talked to a manager today- they know the situations that lead me to this review. The rest is up to lifestance- Im not involved any further.

The people in the office receptionist payment center scheduling are inconsiderate towards their customers. The providers are good but change often. If you miss or are late for an appointment they charge you. They cancel appointments and still charge you. It has taken weeks to get through to some staff. Professionalism and understanding go a long way. They should call the clients when their provider is no longer with the company and not after 2 weeks of voice-mails. Too many red flags. 0 stars but Google is nice and makes the lowest rating a 1 star.

The doctors are some of the friendliest and most compassionate ones I have ever worked with. They take their time with you and are interested in your responses. The office staff go above and beyond to get you appointments in a timely manner and take it very seriously when youre in need of urgent help. Everything this business does has helped my mental health tremendously.
