Great office staff and the online portal is easy to use. The virtual appointments are a blessing. I like being able to check in with my provider from my home or any other private location.I encourage anyone who may need help to seek it. This practice is a wonderful place to start.Keep up the great work

My review is solely based on the infrastructure of this service. I was nearly unable to reach a live person ever. I needed to cancel or reschedule and their online service failed to do so. I needed to swap the card they had on file for billing and the online portal was unable to do so. I could not get a single person to call me back in regards to my issues. I wasted hours on the phone trying to reach anyone who could assist me. I loved the professional I worked with but outside of that I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience.

My provider has made a huge difference for me. Ive had at least five psychiatrists over twenty years and she has done more in a year than the others combined over the last 20. I am giving therapistpsychiatrist I work for 5 stars.

I have been seeing Dr. George Nowak for approximately 18 years. In that time his practice has changed hands a couple of times but he himself has not changed. Dr. Nowak changed my life for the good and I will always be grateful for that. He is an outstanding psychiatrist.

Way more than just your typical health care provider Dr.Erika Wilson has made my appointments feel personal and stress free. I am so happy I found a Dr who cares about my health

I have been a patient of Dr. George Nowak for about 17 years. I am very grateful for the care and understanding I receive from a skilled and empathetic physician. He is wonderful. Plus ALL the staff especially Derek is excellent at Life Stance Health.

I am extremely thankful I was referred to Lifstance. Dr. Knowak is intelligent and listens to what you have to say and asks questions regarding your mental health. I cant say enough good things about my doctor. I appreciate him more than he knows. I recommend everyone who needs mental help whether its depressionaddiction or anxiety. I highly recommend him. I have been working with a therapist via Lifestance Therapists for several years now. Most of my appointments are now conducted by phone though after the lockdown was lifted I did recently attend in person at the actual office. I use the doctor there for maintenance medication each quarter. My experience with my particular therapist has been great. As it turns out there have been occasions where there was an issue with my prescription that was very time-sensitive and every time the response to my voice message has been responded to efficiently and satisfactorily. Billing has been straightforward and timely. My therapist is no longer in my insurance network but due to the small number of visits per year I opted to retain my provider rather than start the complicated process of medical approvals and authorizations at a new location. In past years I found this part of my care as well as billing very frustrating but I can report the utmost professionalism and high quality service at Lifestance with my provider and the support staff member Jesse. Logistics-wise there is usually free street parking available for no charge within.a few dozen yards of the location and additional strip-mall parking lots a bit further down the street if things are very busy near the actual office. You cannot park at the actual office there are no spots there. I love my doctor too but this review is specifically about Lifestance and the environment there because I dont wish to disclose which one I am seeing. The other therapists I have seen over the years have maintained a professional and friendly manner and the other patients have been well-behaved and polite. There are noise-cancelling devices by each door to protect privacy. Ive been a patient there for ages so if there are any questions I can probably take a crack at answering them.

Maura Fine was a perfect fit for me. Compassionate caring and kind she provided me with the skills and tools needed to navigate every day life and was very encouraging along the way. The appointments were virtual and making them was very easy. Thank you Maura and LifeStance
