With every prescription its a new hassle. Today I tried to check in to my scheduled doctors appointment and discovered that my sign-in is no longer valid. I tried calling my doctor and couldnt reach her Dialing her extension no longer works. Its not even an option. At this point Im considering contacting my congressional representative to lodge a formal complaint. This level of irresponsibility is dangerous.

Dr Cadorette is very knowledgeable and experienced doctor. She has been my Psychiatrist for over 4 years and has helped me a great deal.

Honestly if I could give this place negative stars I would. I feel like my very first visit was great and ever since then everything has been a disaster or a hassle. Every single time I have needed a prescription refill. I get the runaround from the doctors office and have to jump through hoops to get my prescription refilled and at one point without actually insinuating I was accused of over using my sertraline because I told them that my bottle spilled in my purse and then I had to hit my brakes and they all spilled all over the floor in my car and they treated me like I was just using too many of them. I get that there are people out there that abuse drugs and prescriptions but I am not one of those people nor is this a repeat issue for me. This happened one time and I have absolutely no history of ever using or over using prescriptions. In fact I am never had to take a prescription before I started sertraline And today was the icing on the cake and this has happened more than once. I received the text message from the office telling me that I had an appointment with Teresa at 11 AM September 16. I was 10 minutes early. I was waiting in the waiting room for her to message me and tell me that she doesnt have me scheduled until 2 PM And my only break during the day to do this appointment and so now I dont get a lunch break and I also dont get the appointment because when I asked if we could still do the appointment she told me I needed to call the front desk and then disconnected me Its really unacceptable and this company does not care about their patients whatsoever.

I really am grateful for taking the steps of my mental health and reaching out to LifeStance. My therapist is incredible. It is a safe environment for me to be totally vulnerable and she has help me improve my mental health and my life overall. Thank you Susan McInerney.

Lifestance was there when I needed to find a helpful doctor remain there for me after 7 years. Same psychiatrist for 7 years was a big help as well.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone. Multiple calls over several days unanswered. Request for callback not returned. Online appointment booking with no available dates points me back to number that nobody answers. Went in person door was open but ALL LIGHTS WERE OFF AND NOBODY WAS IN OFFICE. Seemed completely abandoned. Are you even operating anymore

While my doctor is great trying to get things like prior authorizations for meds straight when you switch insurance or pharmacy is a total pita. The staff will say a prior auth has already been done so I dont have to do anything but the pa was for a different insurance. It took me 2 months of calling pharmacies and insurance cos trying to get one of my prescriptions straight just to find that LifeStance had repeatedly dropped the ball.

Ive had a wonderful experience at Life Stance My psychiatrist Cynthia Cahoon always checks in with me to see how I am doing and very informed about my over well being and has great suggestions that help a great dealMy therapist Elisabeth Maguire has helped a great deal with my issues and a great listner witch helps a lot She also has taken the time to ask me how she can help and made great suggestions for me to help me get past issues that keep me at a stand still with my life. She is fantastic Very encouraging

I have always been treated kindly professionally. Been seen for my appointments on time. Any medical concerns have always been addressed. I would recommend treatment here for anyone looking for a positive outcome.

I have been seeing Doreen Cawley in Peterborough for at least 5 years. Because she was working for the Counseling Center of New England she had fellow practitioners who she could recommend. She thought that a psychiatrist Dr. Ellen should be my next step. With the skills and coordination of both practitioners they found medications that worked for me. With these medications I have been successful and fulfilled. I highly recommend the Counseling Center.
