LifeStance Health - North Easton

Had first session at Lifestance Easton with Duny Dumas. Went well. Office and practioner experience good. Duny is knowledgeable and empathetic a good combination good start for my new psych med manager.

Our family has received services from a number of providers at Lifestance over the years. Several of these practioners have moved on which suggests that conditions may not be ideal for employees. However one of our children has worked with the same therapist for 3 years. Though the demand for services is high we have never had to wait long to be paired with a provider. The patient portal is easy to navigate. Overall recommend.

Duny Damas is an amazing provider. He has helped me navigate a lot of decisions and guided me in weighing out options. I highly recommend

Dr Trish is the best psychiatrist Ive had in the string of psychs that Ive had over the years She gets to the source of all my issues and helps me deal with them

I have had the best experience with LifeStance. The Easton location has changed company names but the providers have been consistent. I have used the Easton location for all of my family needs. I have also recommended this location to many people.The building does not have a large storefront style sign. For folks who are sensitive about being seen. It is a discreet location.There is plenty of parking.There is an elevator and the building is wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend Lifestance services.

Very pleased with one small complaint. There are too many reminders prior to the zoom meeting. All I need is a text confirming the time with the link. I dont need a bunch of emails or phone calls. Aside from that no complaints at all

I am extremely happy with this facility. Dr. Patricia Gedarovich makes me feel comfortable and actually listens to her patients with no judgment. Ive been seen 2 other doctors one never returned calls and the other made me feel worse and very uncomfortable.

Not sure how this company has so many positive reviews when they never call anyone back to get them in as a patient. This is the second time this has happened to me with this practice - the first time was when it was Child Family Psych Services. They told me 3 weeks after my initial call that they couldnt get me in with anyone because of my insurance - which is a common commercial insurance so not really sure what the issue was.Thinking that things had changed with the new merge I filled out he online form to get set up as a new patient. Did not hear anything for a week. Called and asked what was going on. They said it takes a week to have someone contact me for intake and I will be receiving a call soon. A month later and still no call.This will be the last time I try with this company. I make the same suggestion to anyone else looking to be a new patient.This is not a company that should be involved with a serious and time sensitive issue such as mental health. Really shameful that they treat potential new patients like this.

Part of this is personal - the therapist did a lousy job of building rapport either with our family generally or my son specifically and there was a lot of confusion around communications and scheduling. None of his appointments actually went 45 minutes and yes some was my sons limited attention span but she kept billing for 45 minutes instead of changing the appointment length. His last telehealth appointment was literally 15 minutes and not because he wasnt engaged with her. But the one star for the organization as a whole is because they put profits before patients at every step. Theyre apparently understaffed for onboarding causing delays in even getting into their system. The onboarding is also inefficient. They wanted not one but two introductory sessions charging for both with an intake counselor before assigning the patient to a more permanent counselor. And my favorite an ironclad no-show fee if you cancel an appointment within 48 hours that is nearly TWICE the normal session fee. Its clearly disclosed but its also pretty unfair. It appears they arent even taking on any new clients when I tried to switch counselors I got an atuo-response that they didnt have anyone available. On the plus side they do have a fairly straightforward and easy to use bill payment system. Because of course they do.

I have been a patient for over 7yrs. Dr. Lessin and Dr Davidoff helped me overcome obstacles I faced and allowed me to move on to being more productive in life and work.Now that both have retired this past year I was assigned to Dr Luzon and the transition was smooth and seamless.I have gone to other therepis in the past but this group exceeds all expectations.The front desk and back office are marvelous and friendly.When I need any meds refilled Meg is the best She makes you smile and has a personality that reminds you why you stay with this group. She is a real professional and makes calling the office joyful unlike other places that make u feel like a bother.Kudos to all They are the best
