many billing issues from the start of my experience with Lifestance. I was so desperate for medicine- that I absolutely needed - that Ive put up with long waits to even get an appointment with a medical provider and poor internet connectivity during med check-ups ON LIFESTANCES SIDE. But Ive NEVER complained. then Lifestance sends me a massive statement stating I owe money from 8 months ago. long story short - they never charged my card that they had on file and suddenly want me to pay them after the fact. I have been awaiting a return call from a Billing Manager for weeks. no apology - no accountability for their mistake no empathy at all not what I want from my mental health provider.

The main reason Ive stayed with Lifestance for the last 10 years is because of Rich Carey but more importantly his assistant Paula Higgins. She has made my mental health journey so much smoother than it could have been any where else. I dont have insurance and drive an hour to get to the office but I still come here because of them.UPDATE Paula Higgins died and the rest of their staff is inept and dont know how to handle paperwork to avoid crisis situations for their own patients.

I like the ease of the phone appointments. Dr. Ellen is also very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and friendly as well. The patient portal makes everything else even easier.

Jane McGrath has been my provider for many years. Although she is a medication provider she has been a counselor to me as well. She has worked really hard to keep me properly medicated but she has also been there for me during some very difficult times. Although I moved out of state I still see Jane I cant see going to anyone else. She is an outstanding goes above and beyond provider and her assistant is the same. They really care about you I would highly recommend Jane and Paula.

Extremely happy with Susan Kelly as my therapist. She is very knowledgeable about my issues and has been helping me through my trials and tribulations that I face. She is not just empathetic but also able to answer all my questions and give me an intellectualmedical reason about my conditions.Best provider I have experienced with my medical issues. I Would recommend her highly for people with the issues I have faced. Especially for those in and around my age group.James Davison

Staff is rude the therapists they have hired since being bought by lifsetance its clear they are scaping the bottom of the barrel. Jane McGrath In particular - that woman didnt explain what clonazepam can and will do to you. She didnt explain its noteant to be long term and I became physically dependent and addicted. When I tried to stop I ended up hospitalized for 5 days after experiencing a seizure and DTs. I took them as prescribed and she said as long as I stopped taking them over 5 days id be fine. Clearly this woman knows NOTHING ABOUT BENZOS. The protocol for coming off clonazepam requires 6 months and must be done extremely slowly especially due to the half life of the drug. Ill be suing her for malpractice I lost my job because of how long I was in the hospital and u able. To work after I stopped taking the drug she told me was harmless. It took a full year before I started to feel better. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND JANE MCGRATH ESPECIALLY

icholas Teja should have his licence taken away for lack of ethical behavior. I have read so many times of him taking away peoples medication. You all must write into the licensing department and state your grievances. Even if nothing happens once all These. people are saying the same exact thing they must investigate. Write in people get this dude fireddid and although othing happened they indicated it would be in his file

I personally have been going here for years and have never had a problem I really like my provider and my daughters however I have been having billing issues the last few months and no one calls you back. I have yet to get a call from the billing department. I have reached out a number of ways and cant seem to get the issues taken care of. Very dissatisfied in this service. Not professional or considerate what do ever.
