I was paired with a very caring and attentive provider. She listened to my concerns and I was most satisfied that she took me seriously. Finding a new therapist can be intimidating I feel very lucky I found someone that understands what Im going through.

I was out of meds and it was the weekend. Three different people either called or contacted me on the patient portal and got me my meds. Personable attentive staff.

Ive been a patient at Lifestance for a while. Very satisfied.

This is not a review of this specific location. I have received telehealth care from Lifestance psychiatrist and therapist on and off since 2019. I am very disappointed with the disorganization and poor communication with patients. I had a therapist no callno show on me twice with no further communication and no apology and a psychiatrist cancel a med refill appointment with no warning or email letting me know it was cancelled. I understand things happen but for the amount of money charged and the importance of mental health care I feel they really need to do better in communication. The patient portal is also very unintuitive and difficult to use. Its a shame because Lifestance has really taken over the market for mental health care and it is disappointing.

I have been having zoom appointments for over a year and have found it so helpful by not having to travel. My personal experience with customer service and assistance with making appointments and so forth is exceptional.

Lifestance is a great group of professionals to meet all of your mental health needs.

Great providers extensive referral network all intake documents are online on a user-friendly platform. Cancellation or no show fees are high so be sure to make your appointments or reschedule in advance

This was not a telehealth as my provider was never able to see me even though I joined the zoom meeting correctly. It was merely a phone call and was not at all as satisfying a connection with ones doctor as meeting face to face on zoom.

The visit was very helpful.
