Saw a therapist and he just randomly quit. Waited for a really long time for referral and no one to ever call me back. If you ever have the non pleasure of speaking to the operator at this place hes SOOOOO rude and condescending its a shock they allow him to speak to fragile people who need mental help. I will never try to schedule with this company again.

Husband went in for treatment and was cut off from therapy services by Ms. Vile stating he was fine. He asked for any referrals for other therapists that might be able to help him better and got nothing. My husband finally was willing to try out therapy for his anxiety and panic attacks. However he now is pretty hesitant to try it again.

We have truly found someone my daughter feels comfortable talking with. She has been instrumental in her healing process. I appreciate that she also has weekend appointments so that I am able to have flexibility when scheduling.

Yesterday I arrived for my normally scheduled appointment and left in tears after the way the front desk lady treated me. She told me I had a huge balance and needed to pay in cash because of my high deductible plan. I tried explaining to her I dont have a high deductible plan and I even pulled out my insurance card to show her. She kept telling me I didnt understand and I wasnt getting it and just treating me like I was so stupid. She eventually told me I could just leave if I couldnt afford to pay the total for the visit. I drove home 30 minutes and called the billing department who assured me I have a 25 copay and a 0 balance with them as my insurance had been paying all my claims. You would think the front desk at a therapy clinic would have a little bedside manner but apparently this woman does not.
