This program is a mess loosely ran and all over the place which initially turned us off. ABA is too expensive for how thrown together the beginning of the process is so We did not complete the process because of that and how uncomfortable we were.. You have to do a consultation with somebody on the lifeskills hotline and not the actual Plano location. I mean it was 45 minutes. Whats aggravated me is that the interview I took was not relayed over to the actual center unless the center didnt do their due diligence to actually look up my application because when we did the alleged parent interview the questions I answered from the hotline the bcba asked me again like it wasnt on the application. When you go to tour the actual place thats in Plano its ok. Its more of like a daycare place more than anything. They had us do a Vineland for a parent interview but when we went to other aba programs the parent do the Vineland at home so I dont understand how that counts as a parent interview. Our child was supposed to be evaluated for 3 hours but the bcba told us he seen all he needed at the parent interview and the child interview would only be a hour instead of three which unprofessional. Other aba programs will tell you the tools they will use that your child will be evaluated under the process would take 3 hours regardless of what they seen because they have an actual protocol process in place. If you want your child to attend a daycare thats autism based then this is the place for you. If you want a professional organized service where your child is actually being cared for and they follow guidelines please go else where. Always have two or three options in place so that you can see how a real aba program is ran vs a company that wants money. The bcba was so unprofessional and it made us feel uncomfortable because of how unprofessional he was. This was the worst aba program we ever entertained compared to the other two. Please do your research on aba programs parents. I might come back and add how inappropriate the bcba was but I have to report him first. I would also be weary of these reviews as well. Also if you are the director of this location send your email in response to this email please. Its obviously hard to find a directory page to get in contact with the hire ups

Kaitlyn has helped me every step of the way. I was literally crying before I talk to her today due to me not being able to find a proper clinic to do an evaluation for my son or a ABA Therapys. Every time I call her she is always professional loving shes always willing to walk me step-by-step always willing to go out her way and it just feels amazing that someone cares about my son needs just as much as I do. I will for ever be grateful to her. It has been around 30 to 40 clinics I have called to do an evaluation around the DFW AREA. no one has returned my call so I reached out to Kaitlyn. She was able to email me right away with a provider. I now have an evaluation appointment this month. I cant thank you enough Kaitlyn thank you so much.

Where do i begin to explain how grateful I am for this wonderful place Everyone is so welcoming. They make both me and my son feel so comfortable. They take the time to explain what they are teaching and how we as parents can help at home and continue it. They have taught my 4 year old son so much in just 8 months He was non verbal and there was little to no communication. It was tough He is now able to communicate much better. Not where he should be at his age but with the help of the team here he picked up so much in under a year. He is laughing more writing learning showing emotions singing soaking everything in like a spongeDuring this whole Covid pandemic they have taken extra precautions to make sure that have a clean and safe environment for both their employees and the children. The team here definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty I dont know what position we would be in if it wasnt fo their hard work and dedication Thank you again

I had a bad experience with the therapists and the management here. They have changed three therapists and four BCBAs in three months duration and then abruptly stopped services with out any notice. The director mentioned that scheduling is one of their biggest issues. Stop taking new clients when you have scheduling issues. One of the therapists and BCBA indulged in gossiping during therapy time. When this was taken to the notice of director no proper action was taken. One of the worst ABA providers I have experienced.
