Dont waste your time here. Spent over 8 months waiting for a response back on case management my therapist kept cancelling my appointments which is annoying when you have to take time off work to go in person and get a sitter for the kids and the psychiatrist I saw Haley waited MONTHS to tell me that she still hasnt received medical records and cant prescribe what Ive been taking for years until she reviews it yet waits until the last possible minute to tell meThe providers and employees there are younger than I am and the sub par care and compassion is mediocre. Do yourself a favor and go to I view or somewhere out of the county

Whatever you do do not call their crisis line if youre in need of help. This crisis line like all of them does not offer any substantive help. They exist for one reason and one reason only To coerce callers into saying a trigger word whilst theyre suffering so that they can sick the police on them. Theyre asking you to self-identify as crazy so that you can be attacked. ITS A SCAM. You dont have to believe me but if you call them youll probably learn the truth at your own cost. Protect yourselves by staying away from these dangerous fascists.

Timera is by far the most insulting and misreble receptionist I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have been going to here for over a year and everyone but her seems to treat people with dignity and will treat you like you are wasting HER time. I love my care team but when a receptionist is shouting and arguing about personal medical information to the point where other patients can hear it... that is nothing but a HIPAA violation.

I think this is the very first time I felt unwanted here with such attitude and bad customer service for my primary care. Ive been going here for more than six years and cannot believe how rude check in at the front was today. Not just to me but to a new patient turning in her paperwork and I recommend her here. It made me feel sick to my stomach and intimidated. If it wasnt for the nurses and doctors Id change where I go.

My therapist wasnt much of a therapist. She would listen to me pretty much work out my own problems then add her own opinion at the end of things I would say. she was younger than me and barely had any life experience. Im still paying on my balance after taking away absolutely nothing from this therapy.I also have to call and leave voicemails for someone in billing to call me back sometimes daysweeks later. Dont waste your time with Liberty Resources. Theyre a total joke.

Care manager just returned from vacation late. As a client of the agency shouldnt have scheduled appointments postponed due to ones lack of priorities. Have tried contacting the cm his supervisor and their supervisor numerous times . No results. Which makes it appear that most things with them unless deemed warranted are indefinite. So much for vulnerability.

They changed doctors so much I never know who my doctor is I have to beg them for nebulizer solution I have asthma I should be able to get it no problem they act like its pain pills or something how do you abuse nebulizer solution Its actually insane dont come here unless you want to beg for the medication you need and have your doctor switched every 2 months oh and I forgot they never have an available appointment they will be booked up for 3 months so you can hardly ever get an appointment unless youre lucky

Miss Charity violated my daughter and other students HIPPA rights. She works in A MIDDLE SCHOOL and TELLS MY CHILD WHAT THE OTHER KIDS SHARE WITH HER. And share with my childs friends that see her WHAT SHE SHARES WITH HER I have filed a hippa violation complaint and a complaint with nys office of professional conduct as well as the office of mental health. She is very unprofessional When I tried to have a phone conversation with her SHE HUNG UP ON ME the paying parent Not safe to have her around children. Save your child pain and suffering and find a better company to deal with. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

Called just to try and reschedule my appt and was on hold for over ten minutes Plus they refuse to do the counseling over zoom they force you to go in person. As a client I should have the right to that choice and not be forced. I will be seeking elsewhere to get my meds.
