I enjoy working with children and adults in a personalized approach tailored to each patient's unique situation. My theoretical background is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, play therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, but I pull from many sources in creating a treatment plan. I enjoy tackling diagnostic puzzles and working closely with patients and families to get to the bottom of what causes disruption in someone's life. My specialties are disruptive behaviors in children, adolescents, and adults that stem from ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, and family strife. Sorting out what leads to problem behaviors fascinates me.
