Founding Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to helping others, but my true calling in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in 2015 when I took my first job as a behavior technician in Florida. At the time, I didn’t know just how deeply this field would shape my life, but from the very first session, I was hooked. I saw firsthand the power of ABA in helping children develop independence, communication, and essential life skills.

Determined to grow in my career and make an even greater impact, I earned my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and continued working closely with children and families. Every milestone—whether it was a child saying their first word, learning to tie their shoes, or simply making eye contact—reinforced my passion for early intervention.

In 2021, after years of hands-on experience and rigorous study, I proudly became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This achievement wasn’t just a title; it was a turning point. I knew I wanted to create something bigger—a practice that truly centered around personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. And so, Learning Ladders was born.

At Learning Ladders, we believe in meeting children where they are, helping them climb step by step toward independence. Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services that empower children and families. Every child’s journey is unique, and we are here to support them in unlocking their full potential.

For me, the most rewarding part of this work has always been the progress—the small victories that lead to life-changing growth. Whether it’s a child learning to communicate their needs, gaining confidence in social interactions, or mastering everyday skills, each step forward is a win worth celebrating.

Learning Ladders isn’t just a practice—it’s a passion, a commitment, and a promise to the families we serve. And I couldn’t be more honored to be a part of this journey.
