About Learning First

Chad Honeycutt is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst, as the President of Learning First ABA. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Master’s degree in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. Chad has extensive experience working in clinical, educational, and in-home settings. Chad has extensive experience working in clinical, educational, and in-home settings. He has led teams of BCBAs and RBTs in the clinical and school settings and prides himself on working collaboratively with other providers. Chad has conducted hands-on trainings and lectures in various settings around the world for parents and professionals interested in making evidence-based practices more accessible. His focus within the global community is to disseminate the principles of behavior analysis and to help build capacity for these services in the regions where training is delivered. Chad is committed to developing a sustainable model of behavior analysis that focuses on learning.

Chad Honeycutt is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst and serves as the President of Learning First ABA. He earned his Master’s degree in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and brings extensive experience across clinical, educational, and in-home settings.


Throughout his career, Chad has led multidisciplinary teams of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians in both clinical and school-based environments. He is known for his collaborative approach and works closely with educators, service providers, and families to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.


Chad has delivered hands-on trainings and professional lectures in a variety of settings around the world, supporting parents and professionals who are committed to making evidence-based practices more accessible. His work within the global community focuses on disseminating the principles of behavior analysis and building sustainable capacity for services in the regions where training is provided.
