The doctors assistant phoned insisting that I come in person for test results. I asked if this could be done on the phone. NO I was told. I waited in a closed windowless treatment room for an hour before the doctor finally came in. About 45 minutes into the wait I received a cell phone call from a medical assistant stating that the doctor wanted me to hear my test results on the phone and then go home. I was agog...insisted on seeing the doctor. When she finally come in her attitude was diffident and hostile. She told me if I didnt like waiting I should find another doctor essentially blaming me for not accepting her unacceptable conduct. PATIENTS HAVE RIGHTS Especially elderly ones with medical issues that need to be addressed..

We were getting ready to leave the house for a weekend in Mendocino to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Stupidly I hurried to clear some bushes in order for our outside lights to work well for our house sitter. In the process I sliced my wedding ring finger with the pruning shears. I knew right away that it was a deep cut. Kaiser Urgent Care got me in right away. Even though I couldnt get an appointment with a doctor until 1.5 hours later they put me in a room so that I didnt have to deal with my bloody finger in the waiting room. Although the nurse took a photo of my injury the doctor came in to see for himself before my appointment determined that I needed stitches and then even succeeded in getting my wedding ring off instead of having to cut it off. Both the nurse and doctor made me feel like a person and not a number. The doctor was supposed to have his break the same time as my official appointment but offered to treat me anyway since we already had a doctor-patient relationship established. I appreciated that very much and took him up on his offer. It was the best possible outcome for such a bonehead move on my part. We left from Kaiser and headed directly to Mendocino where we enjoyed a wonderful weekend. Glad I was able to wear my wedding ring on my other hand

Dr. Rice is an amazing doctor. She made me feel very comfortable and was informative throughout the whole appointment. Her positive energy is infectious and I honestly wish she was my PCP.

Katrina was extremely knowledgeable she went out of her way to answer all of my questions and we had an extremely educational conversation. She also explained all the numbers on my CPAP machine and how to decipher them so that I would be able to ask for help in the future.I was very impressed all round.Douglas Myles

First time going to urgent care at Kaiser Santa Rosa. The physician assistant was so personable professional persistent. It wasnt easy finding that tiny glass sliver stuck in my foot but he kept after it til he got it. Great experience all around.

Appointment was on time. Dr Neumann is very friendly professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. I would Highly recommend him.

For Dr. Ryan Fellows Brown He is a very good doctor. He answered all my questions professionally so that I would have no doubts and better understand my own body. I am a cancer patient who just had surgery and I trust him completely.

Christopher Quinones PT is just an overall great physical therapist He is great for all ages. He can relate to younger patients too. He brings his own experiences forward with treatment. I would select him first if given the choice

My Kaiser is magnificent. My Dr is a giant among giants. I am so very confident in his abilities. The assistants and nurses have never failed me. Facilities are clean and well laid out. Everything is so convenient. part of me wants to keep the secret

Amber in the Kaiser hearing center exceeded all expectations relative to amt of time involved in testing being both thorough and efficient as well as having excellent patient care office manner. She also took my broken hearing aid and repaired and cleaned both aids up so I could continue to use them until the new ones were ready 127 upgrading the in ear receiver to current standards 1219 as well as doing testingcompleting of aid prep which took less time than expected. I enjoyed her explanationshelp with understanding changes in the aids related to re-chargeable etc.I appreciated the willingness of another care team member to enable me to get an appointment -I think from a cancellation so that I would not be without one of aids during the holidays.
