Founding Story

Molly Halligan has spent over 25 years in this field because she genuinely believes ABA, done right, changes lives. She's worked directly with children diagnosed with autism since 2002, and her work continues to grow well beyond the clinic.

In 2017, Molly founded Las Vegas Autism Center. The clinic now operates two locations in the Las Vegas Valley, serving children ages 2–10 using individualized, data-driven ABA therapy grounded in client autonomy and family involvement. Molly supervises a team of BCBAs and RBTs, holds the clinical and compliance infrastructure together, and shows up every day because the mission matters.

Outside the clinic, Molly fights for this profession at the policy level. As Policy Chair for the Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis, her team has secured an independent licensure board for behavior analysts in Nevada, removed age caps on autism services, and locked in Medicaid reimbursement rates that actually reflect the work. That doesn't happen without people who are willing to stay in the room and push.

Molly also works at the intersection of ABA and technology. As an Instructional Designer at CentralReach, she spent three years developing evidence-based training for practitioners nationwide and building Salesforce databases to support clinical operations and program infrastructure.

Molly is always interested in connecting with BCBAs who want to do meaningful work, colleagues pushing the field forward, and advocates who understand that policy is clinical work by another name.
