My child has been in the infant room since he was 4 months old. I have had a great experience there so far.The teachers have been wonderful and attentive to my child. They have been helpful with communicating and collaborating with my childs changing needs as he grows.I love the phone app that has frequent updates throughout the day including pictures of his activities and learning experiences.There has been a bit of change over with staff however everyone that Ive been in contact with has been friendly and helpful. I enjoy that its a smaller facility as it feels like a family. At pick up time other children from other age groups and other teachers say good bye to my child.

As for this review with the centers director being Sarah H. I can say that I am happy once again with the placement of our child at the Larchmont Kindercare. Sarah and the other teachers have made the center feel welcoming and safe. I appreciate the time and energy that has been taken to make the center better than it was. I receive photos and notes of what our child is doing each day and I can not express how much of a difference that makes for me. Previously we wouldnt always get photos and when we did they werent very good or they were of different children I also started to hate getting notifications on my phone from daycare but now I look forward to the ping We will have to register another child soon and I feel comfortable sending my second child there as well.For some history especially because there has been some recent negative reviews...Our child has been attending this daycare for about 10 months and honestly it has had quite a few up and downs. The centers director and teachers that we originally signed up with were great and I felt very good about leaving my childs care with that director and teachers.At the beginning of fall however that director abruptly left. And soon after some of our favorite teachers left as well. This time at the day care I often left the center crying because I did not feel I was doing the best for my child I unfortunately could not take him out of the daycare. It was hard and for a few months there were directors and teachers coming and going from the center Some we felt good with others we did not feel so good with we were getting asked to come pick our children up early or not drop them off at all because of being short staffed I hated hearing the ping of my phone notifications from daycare because I didnt know what I was going to get it always felt like bad news.When we were told of another director coming in we were still feeling down about the center but hoping that maybe things would turn around. And thankfully they did. Sarah and the other teachers have been doing a really really nice job And we are so thankful the current care our child is receiving Thank you to all of you for doing what you are doing

So happy I found this place my two year old absolutely loves it Amazing staff. Update The staff seem like theyre trying hard but once the director Nikai left it went downhill.

Its truly a shame to witness such a previously well-run 5-star facility regress to 1-star since abruptly losing the former director Ms. Nikai. Larchmont KinderCare is not and will not ever be run as efficiently without her. Its certainly not the same welcoming atmosphere that it once was. Ratios have been so poor that the new staff has requested for parents to pick up their children earlier than expected at times for the facility to close early. Parents I encourage you to take any surveys offered and let it be known. New staff we dont expect complete satisfaction at this rate and see your changes but please do better Thank you.

Allergy parents beware would not recommend this location. We left the week they abruptly fired the director who was amazing and above and beyond and everything went way down hill in just a days time. The new staff were unaware of my sons allergies and could not locate his allergy plan and medication epipen and Zyrtec. They finally found it but gave us old meds that were not the updated. Its very unfortunate how everything went down. Prior to them letting go of the director for unknown reasons things were great with amazing communication.

I LOVED the old directer and the teachers are amazing however the beginning of September they abruptly fired the director. Since then they have been under staffed asking parents to pay but keep their kids home or to come pick them up. The Regional director stepped in to help but she doesnt communicate with parents or respond to messages. They have ignored me asking about my son being bit they have been giving him milk even though I told them no milk when the regional director asked about allergies. When I brought up concerns the new director Brenda told me they are only human and essentially blamed me for them giving my son milk. The new director shows ZERO compassion for frustrated parents and blames everyoneeverything around her. For someone who has a long history of working with children and in social services she is not good with people and doesnt present herself as someone who cares about the children in attendance.

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding care dedication and support you have provided to my child during their time at Larchmount Kindercare.Since enrolling my child at your center I have been continually impressed by the remarkable progress they have made under your guidance.

Ms. Naiki is literally the best director ever she goes above and beyond for the kids and to help us parents. My kids both go there in the summer and during the school year my daughter does before and after care and my son does all day and the teachers are great mr Mike is a joy for the kids. The place is always clean the kids do different things every day and they have a ball . The staff is always professional. Anytime I needed help and I called Ms. Nakai she always helped me and gave me answers I needed. If she didnt know an answer she went above and beyond to get it. If your thinking about enrolling your child or children into Larchmont kindercare do it. Your child will be in great hands and will be happy and taken care of and loved

My son has been attending Larchmont Kindercare for over a year now. I cant say enough good things about this daycare. The place is always clean. In fact they insist on you either removing your shoes or wearing shoe covers if you go in the infant room where the babies are crawling on the floor. The staff are positive and upbeat. They are very knowledgeable about the children. They always tell me about my sons day when I pick him up. Some days they send you photos of what your kid is doing that day. At the end of every day they email you a log of your childs naps diaper changes meals and any other notable things. The school director is really nice. Im a new mom and she has helped me out when Ive had questions about developmental milestones and new mom worries. I really appreciate her.

I cannot say enough good things about the Mt. Laurel center. As a first-time parent and foster parent of a two-year-old the staffs attentiveness to my daughters health and happiness and well as to my own peace-of-mind has been incredible. They notice every little change and keep me informed about anything they notice. Each time I walk in it is evident that every teacher has a genuine interest and a personal relationship with my child.As an educator I can tell that the structured environment accompanied by the engaging activities have helped my daughter to learn and grow exponentially over the past year. At two years old her knowledge of shapes colors songs alphabet and general concepts about nature and the world around her often amazes me and I am certain that she learned many of these things while at school.Finally I recently took custody of my daughters 4-year-old brother who is slightly behind his peers both behaviorally and academically. In the short time that hes been enrolled he has been embraced by everyone and is quickly gaining ground.Karen Colon director and her staff should be commended for the amazing job that they do every single day. I wouldnt dream of sending my children anywhere else
