Dr. Anna Williamson and Ellen Thornton Love knew my child had previous suicide attempts. Told nobody made no plan put her on dangerous meds for a child that is suicidal. My 14 year old daughter took her life 5 months after seeing these people. We found out about her attempts from her death certificate. When we started asking why they ostracized us. Did nothing to help our grieving family in fact making it much worse by telling all our daughters therapist at a different practice not to speak with us our friend that was a LC commissioner not to speak with us all of this at the direction of their attorney. How do I know what they did was wrong Because we changed the law to hold them accountable with no push backSee HB 3139.. They never even apologized to us for their part. If you want your children to live take them elsewhere.

I really love my therapist Noni and peer support from Ann. They offer many different groups and classes that have helped me grow and heal.

Kind and caring people from top to bottom.I told my counselor and prescriber I had severe schizophrenia on my first appointment. They mapped out a plan for improvement in hopes of re-joining the workforce. Every private practice I went to did nothing but up dosages and essentially said I would be a vegetable the rest of my life.If you are used to private practices expect longer waits for setting up follow-up appointments med refills etc. The good news is they usually answer the phone during business hours. If you are persistent they will get what you need to be done.

I was treated like a pill seeker instead of a person that lives in chronic pain. The medical assistant was rude during intake it was like she had already labeled me. The PC should try a different approach she asked if I filled my pain meds under a different name then told me she ran my name through a data base. I pulled my bottle of pain meds out of my bag and handed it to her with my name and the prescribers name clearly printed on the bottle. The psychiatrist would not help with paperwork for my emotional support animals.

I went in and filled out paperwork almost a month ago and they said I would be contacted in 5-7 days. I moved from another county and needed to start psychiatric care and be able to get my medication refilled. They never contacted me so I tried calling twice and was transferred to a supervisors voice-mail both times. I called again today and found out I had been denied but they couldnt tell me why. Its so frustrating and stressful.

I have been here when I was a teenager and had a horrible experience my physiatrist never listened to how I was really feeling and just put me on whatever anti depressant he felt like which always resulted in making me feel worse. Fast forward to now... Im 25 and had been calling multiple places with this one being the only one accepting new patients so I thought Id give it another shot. Well I immediately regretted it after ANOTHER physiatrist yet again didnt listen to how the meds were making me feel cause for some reason when you have severe anxiety they always resort to anti depressants. Well it resulted in me going to the hospital for a week I will never go back here
