At Lakeview Speech and Language Clinic, building relationships with our clients is at the forefront of our work. We also understand the power of using fun and creativity to provide rewarding speech and language therapy. We skillfully incorporate “play-based” therapy and gamification into all of our sessions, whether we are working with young children, older kids, teens, or adults! We believe that communication is a human right and we follow a relationship-based model of therapy that is centered on respect, dignity, and bodily autonomy. Our clinicians presume competence in all of our clients; this begins with the mindset that everyone has the capacity and desire to think, learn, and communicate even if they need support.
