Lakeview Center - Pathway

This place Is just a money racket. The director of the dui program is a little stuck up running a little dui class with a big head. Walking down the street shes just another jane doe but that little job gets to their head. The people that work there are not helpful if they ever even answer the phone. They lie to you about the cost of their class and everything is confusing. They try to get more money out of you by sending you to some psychologist to try to force you to see some shrink that you dont want to see and is a waste of time. A state dui program made up by psychologists to make money for psychologists these people are NOT good people and they wont do anything in your best interests.

This place is just one more non functioning gear in a very messed up mental health machine. We were referred to Lakeview through the Mental Health Emergency Response Team. The ERT was very responsive to our needs and stayed in touch with us until we got the appointment at Lakeview. We had to wait a week which I understand is a very short wait for an appointment to this facility. We were very relieved to get the appointment and were hopeful that Lakeview would finally provide the help we were seeking. From the time we walked through the door until the time we left one hour later we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. The people at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. When we got in to see the counselor she was like a programmed robot asking questions and taking notes on a notepad while periodically glancing at the clock and checking her email. We never saw a doctor and when we asked about that we were told that this part of the facility only deals with reviewing a patients medications. Would have been nice to know that beforehand. We went through all this to leave Lakeview with a prescription for a sleeping pill. I would steer clear of this facility if you are seeking serious help for a loved one.

In response to the ownersMultiple complaints have already been filed in regards to the treatment and care provided at such facility. Please reveiw the complaint files and follow up in a timely manner.

Absolutely useless all 3 of my children have been seen here for over 2 years nothing has been done really very little help . They was very rude to me today told me to let the schools handle my kids counseling really my kids dont have counciling at their private schools . This place is a complete joke waist if time and money . My advice is find some where else that really cares about your children and getting them better .

No communication between facilities or within the same teams. Calling and need to reach your case manager You wont receive a call back. The Emergency Hotline sends the police its a waste of everyones time.

Dont take your child to see William Remigius Hudspeth . He needs be more professional and do his job .Update I have called the number twice. Left voicemails. No return calls.

I just got done seeing Dr Erik Wilkinson for the first time he listened to me very thoroughly and wanted to actually help me he gave me hope

This place is a nightmare for a anyone suffering mental health issues. They make you feel worse instead of better. The receptionist is rude and disrespectful. Every time I call she puts me on hold for up to 45 minutes until I call back and she answers. I guess she forgets she has people on hold. She responds like its no big deal after making you wait that long for no reason. My Dr. Kimberly Rett doesnt listen to anything I say and rushes me thru the meeting. Idk why she bothers asking me anything if shes gonna do whatever she wants anyways. I had a zoom meeting this morning and she didnt give me time to dial in for the audio she quickly ended the meeting. Therefore my whole appointment was wasted and I had to reschedule. This place isnt very helpful at all they treat people with mental Illness very disrespectfully as if our lives arent hard enough. I think they need better training and definitely need better ideas of what their jobs actually are. They cant just toy with mentally Ill people like this. I had a good dr I liked a lot but he doesnt work there anymore and its obvious why. A simple appointment will cause you more problems than u came with. Try to stay clear of this place if u can.

Lakeview center is and has been a huge credit to the Community as a whole.People struggling with a variety of different problems can expect to be treated with respect and competent realistic and helpful assistance here.This is a safe zone and it is not shameful to ask for the type of help that You can certainly receive here judging from my own personal experiences.I would strongly urge anyone nearing the end of their rope to contact or walk in to Lakeview center and get some positive direction from people that care about you. My review and opinion does not include Dr. A. Cherian.

This place is terrible and unorganized. On our first visit they had us wait two hrs than finally let us talk to some one on a tablet and the woman working didnt even know how to set up the zoom call. All of the Drs are sub par at best and if your just a few minutes late they cancel your appointment without a phone call or any warning. This place is an obvious insurance and government cash grab and should be avoided If you can afford take your children to somewhere people actually care.
