Krystal Klear Speech Services

Krystal started working with my daughter when she was 4 years old. My daughters speech was a completely tangled and her sister and I were the only ones that could understand about half of what she was saying. Krystal was able to correctly identify the issues and successfully help my daughter to work on her oral motor muscles and develop proper pronunciation. We were in services with Krystal for three years and she was an official Auntie in our family. We were sad when my daughter finally successfully tested out off her need for services but will be forever grateful for the care and services that we received. I highly recommend Krystal. She is so kind and patient with her clients and their families.

Its unfortunate that Im having to write this review after what has seemed to be a pleasant two year experience with Ms. Krystal. My son is coming to a close with the services we were provide there because of his age. Miss Krystal was generous in her offer to see my son on-site after he began daycare but I believe that is where our relationship went sour. I have to be honest and say before then we were having a positive experience.It was not until daycare though that Ms. Krystals communication changed her feedback changed minimal and I would only hear from her if she could not see him. In this past month specifically my son has been sick on and off and you know how hard the daycares try to avoid getting others sick. Ive tried my best to inform her ahead of time but she sees my son on Monday mornings. God for bid I oversleep after a sick night up with the babies. Parents understand.My main concern was how she informed us that she wanted to terminate services. She was not straightforward with me at all. In any instance when my son was unable to make it on time or to her session I was very clear with her. I gave no excuses. This is not the communication she gave back to me when she determined she did not want to continue with us. I think after two years of work together my family deserved a notice or opportunity to improve. I openly admitted to her that I could do better but she remained ambiguous about future sessions with my son. It is so unfortunate that we did not have the opportunity to adjust for the better.I know my son is phasing out but he has one semester left and still so much room to improve. She expressed a desire for her company to be professional with all their clients but when she reached first reached out to me about our timeliness- it was the last time. To be professional is to be clear. Even through some of her speech feedback she has always aired on the sensitive side rather than giving clear instruction and advice. I shouldnt have to drag answers out in order to help my son.I am an action mom. I will move however is needed for my children. Even if its uncomfortable for me. Ms. Krystal did not inform my family of her concerns. She only terminated us after I pulled it out of her. When I came to that conclusion I asked for her professional recommendations to move forward with my son elsewhere. Her attitude changed and she suggested I Google it.I highly suggest if you opt to use her services that you do so in her facility. Things change when she is on site.You should also be very vocal about any sessions or interactions you are unhappy with. Even if multiple times. She still calls my son by her own nickname that we do not prefer.good luck

Let me just say this when I say they have customer service like no other Baby I was pleased since the first day I found them nothing but the best. There warm energy is amazing and when dealing with a child you want somebody thats going to be warm but at the same time ok listen here. And when I say this is the place cant go wrong. My son goes here for Speech and when I tell you its like ok this is what we going to do and what we not going to do. Yes Im that parent like its ok I will do it but Ms. Krystal like no mama no daddy he has it let him do it. I was like yessss put me in my place then. But if you looking for a company that will help your child be the best person they can be please bring them to Krystal Klear. And you will see what I am saying. Usually when I write a review I give it a week or two to see how it is but I couldnt wait that long I wanted you to bring your kids down there like know.
