Ironwood- I have repeatedly experienced scheduling problems, poor communication, and a lack of follow-up from this office. Calls often go unanswered, and promised callbacks are rarely received, making it difficult to get timely assistance. My experience with Cassandra at the Riverstone Clinic has been particularly ridiculous. Rather than listening to and understanding the issue being presented, she frequently interrupts, makes assumptions, and creates her own narrative about the situation. Conversations feel one-sided, with little opportunity to explain concerns. Her communication style can come across as dismissive and condescending, sprinkled with disrespect. Patients should expect to be treated with professionalism, respect, and a willingness to listen. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Significant improvements in communication, customer service, and accountability are needed at both clinics.
