Looking for a provider that is professional compassionate and understanding Then keep looking. It seems the customer service you get here is tantamount to what you would receive by 16 year olds working their first job in retail not trained clinicians and doctors working with mental health issues. After initially working with a provider from this office I found that I would like to try working with someone else there. I requested a new provider. I was told by someone in the front office that they would look into finding someone for me. I sent several emails with no response. I had been receiving communication from them via email previously. After a couple of months I sent another email explaining that I did not want to continue moving forward with their office due to non communication. I received a certified letter a week later from KCP stating that they received my email. Also I have had previous communication issues with them during treatment that I wont go into here. Do you or your loved one a favor and seek care they will actually receive elsewhere.
