I took my older father in who hadnt seen a doctor in a long time because his retired. Dr. Buzzard was great. Because of his knowledge and friendly bedside manor we found a seriously dangerous situation before it got too bad. He saved my dads life by having him do testing even when my dad barked and whined about it. He wasnt pushy or short. He was thoughtful and listened to me as a concerned daughter but also took into account my dads stresses. I would recommend him anytime.

Ive been a patient for 3 years my doctor just quit there in March and sent out a letter saying I needed to be established with a new doctor I called in January to get established with someone else and was told by the front desk I didnt need to do that because I was an existing patient and could see any of the doctors there I called yesterday because I needed a referral for a different appt and Debbie was so extremely rude to me on the phone and very unprofessional telling me that I did not have a doctor and that a letter was sent out to me and when I told her what the front desk lady had told me before she responded with well I dont know who she is but that that is incorrect and then told me only 1 doctor is taking new patients and is 3 months out and how busy they are will all the new people moving to town When I brought it up again what was said to me she then said well Im sorry thats how you interpreted it I also told her she should let the front staff know that the info I got was not correct and she did a little rude laugh and said Ill be sure to tell them that After that horrible experience with Debbie I will now be looking for a new doctors office And according to all these other reviews the front office really needs some new employees

I have 2 herniated discs. With Chronic pain. Unable to sit for long periods. And my doctor Dr. Glenn refused to write a note excusing me for Federal jury. I will be looking elsewhere.

Some of the rudest staff ever and they dont care they just left a ton of patients without a PCP because multiple doctors in the clinic retired or quit and they dont have anyone else that you can see unless you want to wait a year or two before tou can be seen even if your a well established patient. So glad i switched to Northwest Specialty Family Medicine where i actually feel like Family and that they actually care about my health and concerns also not to mention that Dr Buzzard as well as Glenn missed 5 things on my MRI for both my ankle and knee causing me to have to have surgery in January at Northwest Specialty because of multiple misdiagnosis.

I would rate it as less than 1 star. My husband had an appointment in early August. It was rescheduled to early October. When we showed up for the appointment they tried to tell us that he didnt have a appointment. He had received a text message about the appointment and also a phone call the day before to confirm. We confirmed. Then they said that he would not be seen that day. They rescheduled him for middle of December. This was a wellness check to renew prescriptions. All 3 receptionists ganged up on us to say that we made the mistake not them. They refused to look at his phone to see our confirmation. We are are leaving that place and getting a newand better primary doctor.

Super friendly helpful staff in every department. I love having everything in one place.

Made appointment for annual wellness visit which would be fully covered by my insurance and while setting up the appointment mentioned I was having some foot pain. Receptionist setup the appointment as a visit specifically for my foot instead of the wellness visit as I asked and I was billed for the full visit which ended up being nearly 200 dollars. Even though this was a mistake on their part they say they cant do anything to correct it.Was told verbally by doctor David Glen to return in 2 weeks if the pain i was experiencing persisted when the pain persisted and I returned after 3 weeks i was given no new information and told to return in 2 months. So I now have a bill for 400 dollars for 2 visits that effectively gave me no information to remedy my injury. What a waste avoid this place and these people.

Chose to use the Post Falls center so when I need to go to Coeur Dalene all of my labs xrays and doctors notes will already be in the computer. Im extremely satisfied with the care I have received from both offices. Every eceptionist nurse and doctor I interacted with were polite and professional.

Called to schedule an appointment after Natasha Leidholt referred us to her clinic after seeing her in the ER and the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The receptionists hung up on me. Its obvious they dont care about new patients.

My husband was being seen by one of your physician for about 10 years. He was due for yearly appointment. He received an appointment time in the mail set up by the office. When he arrived for appt. He was told his Doctor doesnt work on tuesdays. No one informed him and they were the ones to set the appt. Then could not reset appointment for almost a month and a half. This is not the way to do business.
