Kootenai Health - Kootenai Clinic Family Medicine - Coeur d'Alene

So my Dr retired and now I have to wait 4 months to see a Dr. Im thinking I need to find a new medical group. 4 months is ridiculous to get in to see someone.

Recently initiated care with Dr Clark after moving to the area. He and his staff have been amazing. What great luck I had picking a new Dr Highly recommend

Peoples healthcare is more important than five minutes of your time Doctor.

So far my experiences here have been wonderful The staff at the front are always so sweet this made for an amazing first impression. The nurses are also super kind and swift. I see Dr. Clark and he is the best primary care physician I have ever had. During our first visit to establish me as a new patient he actually asked me about past traumas I have various mental illnesses due to childhood trauma and actually listened to me. Ive never had a PCP ask me questions like that I felt so seen. He takes what I say and my concerns seriously and expresses his concerns regarding my health as well. He actually has empathy and shows he cares which is huge for me. I no longer have to dread my drs appts because I know Im actually going to be heard and taken seriously now. Ive heard a lot of mixed things about various kootenai health offices but so far my experience has been awesome.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Bryan Davidson.What a blessing to have him as part of our community and to have him accepting NEW patientsHe actually listened to my concerns was respectful and concerned.Had good suggestions and imputThank you so much DR DAVIDSON

I just called to ask for a few days supply of my blood pressure medicine because I ran out Covid causing delays in shipment from my mail rx. The receptionist acted like I was a nuisance and did her best to just tell me no altho shes certainly not equipped to make medical decisions then told me she left a note but my Dr wont be in till tomorrow I asked well then what do I do What are my other options she said WAIT and or me on hold came back and said the other Dr would call in two pills and when I tried to thank her she said BYE AND HUNG UP ON ME. Im appalled. And going to the media because this not ok and I will not accept it.icannot recommend this business

This is the worst most unprofessional Doctors office out therethe Ironwood office . Rude front end staff. Rude nurses. The doctors make fun of their patients. They have no problem violating patient confidentiality. Any MD office is better than this one.

I have worked as a RN for 41 years my brother recently had surgery as an outpatient I have never experienced a better Surgery Unit. Every one was stellar I give them 10 stars.

It doesnt matter how good the Dr. is if the service is poor. These people DO NOT answer the phone. You get a recording and they might get back to you in 24 hours. While my personality the Dr.s did not mesh my decision was based more on the service provided by his staff. I have found a service provider more responsive to my needs.

Worst Docters I have ever dealt with.. had an appt pushed a month out went to it.. they did nothing. Called for another appt that docter quit and they tell me well Im a new patient all over again.. ummm you have my records So Nooo.. then get me some new docter another month wait.. hear nothing about an appt time no mail for it.. nothing. Called and told them enough is enough there are soooo many better doctors than this monopoly of coeur d alene.. NEVER AGAIN
