KinderCare - Woodcliff Lake

Being our first child my wife and I were very anxious to send our new baby to daycare. We looked at all the centers in the area and could not be happier with our decision to join WCL Kindercare. From day one the director Renee has been warm and welcoming professional attentive and quick to make sure our familys needs are met. My childs teachers are terrific. They took time to get to know our family and care for our son as if hes their own. We get lots of updates and pictures throughout the day too. The director Renee has lots of fun family events that you can bring your other children to all fun and all included in enrollment. Cant recommend enough.

My daughter has been with kidnercare for going on 3 years practically and I really love the school. Number one they put the kids first and keep parents updated through an app. The staff is always smiling and friendly.Currently my child is with miss Renee and miss Abby.. I couldnt ask for a better prekindergarten teacher duo. They are helping her so much. She is starting to write and is really interest in learning because of Renee. Renee really takes the time to have one on one work time with everyone. I love this school

My 3 year old has been going here for about 1.5 year all his teachers have been great and have fostered a playful learning environment for him. He always looks forward to going to Kindercare and has a special bond with the staff and his classmates. I love their app that updates you throughout the day with pictures and notes which really helped when he was starting his daycare journey. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for childcare services

Choosing a provider to take care of your baby when you cant is a big and difficult decision and we are very happy that we decided to trust KinderCare in Woodcliff Lake. Our son quickly came out of his shell and has gained lots of confidence and new skills since he started Henrietta Ashley and all the teachers and staff are wonderfully caring and supportive not only providing for his day to day needs but also helping this first time mom figure out daytime weaning sleep schedules and more. We appreciate the flexible hours and frequent updates throughout the day and having Whole Foods and Wegmans close is a helpful bonus.

We have been a Kindercare family since 2018 when my daughter was born. She graduated from the Pre-K program in June 2023 and we were so pleased with her 5 years there. We have had my son there since 2020 and continue to be happy with the learning growth friendships and community we have found at Kindercare WCL. The teachers are nurturing knowledgeable and willing to care for the individual needs of each child. My children come home happy and to us that is everything

We are very thankful to the staff and teachers at KC WCL for caring for our 2 kids ages 2-5 years. The staff was cheerful and open to working out a transition plan for each of our kids into day care and kept us updated on their progress. The kids learnt and developed social bonding skills and a genuine connection with the teachers. I have a new born and would defiantly consider KC WCL for her care when the time comes.

My daughter Aadya recently completed her Pre-k2 from Kindercare and moving to Kindergarten this September. We really had great experience at Kindercare Woodcliff Lake. Staff is very good and responsive teachers are great center is clean and kids are happy there. Overall my daugher learned a lot and had great time in the center. I as a parent was satisfied with everything and I would highly recommend KinderCare Woodcliff Lake to other parents.

It is with great disappointment that I am writing this review about the daycare my 2-year-old child attended. Despite my initial excitement about the facility I was shocked and dismayed by their decision to discontinue my childs enrollment after just 2 days due to his inability to nap during the day.The daycare director Ms. Renee informed us that we needed to have a conversation with her to go forward but I was not prepared for the discussion that followed. Ms. Renee informed us that our childs inability to sleep during nap time was a significant issue and that it was affecting the other childrens nap time as well.I was extremely disappointed by this decision especially since my child had only been attending the daycare for only 2 days. It seemed unfair and unreasonable to expect a 2-year-old to adjust to such a significant change in his routine so quickly. Furthermore I was surprised that Ms. Renee did not offer any support or suggestions to help our child adjust to the new environment.Overall I cannot recommend this daycare to other parents. While I understand the importance of nap time for young children I believe that there should be more flexibility and understanding when it comes to adjusting to new environments. Discontinuing a childs enrollment after just a few days due to a lack of napping seems extreme and unfair.We enrolled our child in a different daycare and the difference in the level of support and understanding was immediately apparent.
