I wish I could leave more stars but 5 is the max This center is amazing the director and the teachers are great with the kids. Communication is great I love being able to see and read what my child is doing for the day. Big shout out to the whole team in this center thank you everyone for going above and beyond for my child she loves it here.

Love the staff The director Raquel is super awesome If you gotta problem she will solve it Gotta love the whole team as well. They are all gems. Miss Paula infants teacher is amazing. Miss tiffany their cook is so loving. Miss Audi the VPK teacher is top notch with the kids. Miss dawn the threes teacher is super dope. Spirit unmatched. Ashley the toddler teacher is super sweet. Miss subrena is awesome with the two year olds. Its a lovely place they are willing to help you with whatever. If you come with an attitude its just YOU cause they will make sure your kids or babies are taken care of. Great Kindercare family. Raq has really changed things around.

Do not send your kids to this daycare I worked for this daycare for probably about a month before as a teacher I realized that they were beating the children they feed them things that you request to not be fed they leave them in their diapers including feces for hours the children are scared to go in the classrooms and be a child because they are treated so roughly and with such hate. They do not care if your child gets hurt. And on top of that They do no such kind of background check with any of the teachers they allow anyone to work there. For infants they dont allow them to play or move even touch the walls or toys they are awful

My daughter is almost two years old and has been attending KinderCare for almost a year now. I needed to start her in daycare a few weeks earlier than expected and they were extremely responsive and accommodating. My husband and I are always noticing how our daughter is saying and doing positive things that we have never taught her. One day she came home and I started to wash my hands and she ran over and rubbed her hands together to tell us she wanted to wash hers too They send us pictures of her each day and a little description to show us how she is doing that day. We are happy to have found such an amazing daycare so close to us that takes the time to educate and care for our daughter in each stage of her growth and development.

Since day one the director Christa has been great. Shes very responsive on everything and in top of things. All of the teachers are properly trained and professional. We are welcome as a family every day. I would not change anything about this place. During the whole situation with COVID 19 they have been making a lot of changes to keep our children safe. Im glad to say we are finally able to go inside and see all of the teachers again

My daughter has been going to Kinder Care since she was about 6 weeks old she is 6 months now and she loves goingI was a little nervous since Covid started but this center has gone above and beyond to keep our children safe and taken care of during the pandemic. Temperatures are taken before the children can go into their class and then taken 2 times through out the day. The staff all wear masks and the proper PPE to protect the children and themselves.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE If i could give 0 stars i would. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. They gave my child yogurt even tho i wrote it in all of his paperwork that he cant have milk. My son had an allergic reaction and when i called to tell them the lady said this wouldnt have happened if you wouldve specifically put no dairy. You only put no milk obviously theyre too dumb to know that theres MILK IN YOGURT. Theyre very rude and act like they dont care when you voice a concern about your child. They need to be shut down. The only one worth something is Ms. Peyton. The rest of the directors are sorry excuses for teachers and i would never trust my child in their care ever again.

My son has been at this facility since infancy... the director is really nice. Love love love Mrs Jessica. If youre looking for all day play time this isnt for your child. But if you want your child to have fun AND learn... this is the place.

We have been at this location for over a year now. Followed a couple teachers here from a different center. The teachers are amazing my preschooler learns so much each day. They play they learn and grow great curriculum for the little ones. Theyre our second family and I would reccomend this place to everyone.

I am no longer a parent whose child went to kindercare in Seffner Fl that was in the early to mid 90s. My son is now 26 and still has fond memories of his friends and teachers. I was also a teacher for Twos and threes. I loved my threes the most. Anyway i was very sad from talking to my son who drove by and stopped just look at the outside when he said that the building looked in poor condition and the play area was not as he had remembered. And reading one of the bad reviews about to many children in one small room and a very small staff. Well when i was working at this center we had the required amount of kids based on age in each class. We also had a full staff of full-time and part-employees. Our teaches during and a few years after i left were wonderful caring and knowledgeable. We also had MS. Pat our center director who was wonderful. I know that directors have come and gone since i have been away and teachers AS well. Kindercare was once the prime daycare yes expensive but the staff in the 90s was awesome. I cant believe that the level of care class size staff and so on has diminished. My heart aches about the sad reviews and i hope that they get message and clean up their act.
