KinderCare - Longwood

As a FTM finding a child care provider that made me feel comfortable and secure enough to leave my LO was at the highest priority of my list. From the Center Director and Assistant Director to all the teachers my son has encountered Longwood Kindercare has exceeded my expectations. I am happy my son has become comfortable and he is loved by everyone. Thats the best feeling ever Highly recommend.

I was so apprehensive of sending my son to daycare. Any daycare. When I met with Nina and the other staff I knew my son would be safe well cared for nurtured and spend every day filled with learning and tons of play. I dont just like the teachers and the admin...I trust them.

Thank you kindercare for taking care of my kids.i appreciate each staff that has to work with our kids 5 days straight hard job appreciate their patience with our kids n giving us the report daily. Thank u everyone hope everyone gets a raise as well.

I believe the director does her absolute best. Unfortunately the assistant director Tiffany and staff in the 2yr old room are terrible and let your children play in dirty sinks ignore children with developmental delays and lose your paperwork for weeks at a time to ensure no credits are applied to your account and you have to come out of pocket while already on a low income program. My child caught hand foot and mouth 3x at this facility while having caught it one other time in the entire duration of his life. He cried every day at drop off with them completely ignoring him. Once they realized I would listen to his cries for 5-7min waiting by the front side gate they began scoring him extremely low on social development and other areas and questioning if my child is aggressive with other children. My child has MANY cousins his age and no issues from time to time could be handsy with me never with his peers. The boy they claimed he had issues with hit me right in front of the staff while she was telling me my child was the issue. By day 3 at his new daycare Magnolia Kids in Casselberry he didnt cry AT ALL Had NO issues with the other kids and was generally happy. He began speaking more and even says his ABCs Its unfortunate the staff that is assigned to the toddler room because of all the staff they seem the least patient and responsible. Not a good experience and being told your child stops crying when you leave knowing it is a complete lie really gave me no peace. Better facilities than this for your child and hopefully they move this director to a place she can thrive not carry the weight of her assistant and staff with poor character.

My son joined KinderCare in the infant group in September and he is always happy As soon as we walk into the front and he sees his teachers and the director Nariah and Tiffany he gives a huge smileThe activities and fun they have with the kids is great Especially when you get pictures throughout the day through the app I highly recommend KinderCare

This is the best daycare I always feel safe leaving my daughter in their care. They are reliable too and actually let me bring my daughter last minute on a day she isnt usually scheduled to be there because I had an emergency. I am very picky about the daycares I put my children in and I drive from Deland to Longwood just because I know I dont have to worry about her when shes in their hands. If you are unsure please take my comment into consideration I promise its worth it

Longwood Kindercare is everything we were looking for in a daycare for our granddaughter. The staff is AWESOME Always friendly and easy to communicate with. They keep us updated on what little B is learning and doing good and bad so we can work on those same things at home. The facility is clean and well stocked with educational toys not screens. We like the curriculum and they have a solid plan for every age group. Our little one loves it too bonus.

You will never meet more caring or understanding staff. The school director Rachel and her assistant director Pam are two of the most genuine people. They know every parent by name and take time to talk to them so they can provide the best care for the kids. My son is in the Early Learning program and every week they do a new project. He is learning so much

I absolutely love this school and would recommend it to any mommy who gets a little nervous whenever change for their babies come around. The WHOLE staff is EXCELLENT when it comes to making my boys feel safe and comfortable. This was their second home and they loved attending this school. My oldest son who started here at 3 barely talking has learned so much he has gained an enormous amount of confidence and I have to thank Ms. Laurie vpk for that. Ms. Meagan is also such a blessing to him she always encourages the kids to do their very best and thats why my baby is so disciplined at home and at school because she always gives me tips on how to better him. For my youngest which was in the preschool class I have seen such a change in his interest in school at first he was very nervous and would cry every time I left but Ms. Kelly is one of the most patient and caring teachers she cared for my boy like I would and for that Im so grateful for her. Ms. Laura Anne is also his teacher and she is so sweet and helpful to my boy. Ms. Pam and Ms. Rachel are THE MOST WELCOMING heads of the school youll ever meet. Ms. Rachel has a memory thats just insane and shell know you and your babies names the moment you walk through that door everyday They are kind knowledgeable professional and organized. Youll feel proud to know that your kids are well taken care of here. I will miss all of these lovely ladies and the impact they had my two precious babies. Such a positive environment for even the most shyest of kids Thank you guys for all that you have done
