We absolutely love this daycare facility Dropping our son off for the first time was a bit over whelming but the ladies made us feel like everything was going to be great and it was beyond great. Our sons teachers are so loving and caring to him. The administration staff is extremely friendly too. We get lots of photos throughout the day which we love. I highly recommend this KinderCare location

They make our daughter feel so welcome and loving despite being her first time in daycare.

I just love this place so much The staff is very friendly and professional. Theyre constantly updating the parents through the app and uploading pictures and videos of the kids. I feel like my son is safe here which is priceless I had bad experiences with other facilities and Im just so glad I found this place I have nothing but good things to say about Intercoastal KinderCare

Miss Jayda and Miss Jennifer in the toddler classroom are AMAZING My son loves them I know hes cared for well.

According to my 4 years old one of his teachers beat him on the head with a cellphone because he refused to take a nap. I tried to clarify if it was a misunderstanding and the staff refused to show me surveillance videos. According to what I was told they dont keep recordings. They have a bunch of cameras that are there just for decoration. Alkeiria Kirkland the administrator didnt even reply my email when I reported the incident.Before that my son came back home with multiple injuries caused by supposed accidents. One of them was so serious that we ended up in emergency room doing a CTA my son still have a scar on his eyelid.I opened cases with JSO and DCF and they could do nothing because my son did not suffer any injury during the last incident unbelievable.I removed my child inmediately due to their lack of response and out of fear they were abusing him and they had the audacity to charge me 265 for not giving a two week notice before unenrollling him.This place was amazing when we started in 2020 but the new administration is terrible. In addition to everything I just said they closed multiple times without giving previous notice which forced me to find another job because I was under risk of being fired.Dont send your kids here there are way better options in the area.

Whatever review that was about the 4 Years classroom or teacher lets be CLEAR. I just moved into that classroom in October of 2023 and had NOTHING to do with any report.

So my oldest son who is 9 now went here and now my twins go here since they were about 34 months old. Let me just say when my oldest went here it was good. But now Its great Like anytime I have an issue or concern if its not Ms. Shawnetta its Ms.Ann and even the director will break theyre backs to accommodate my kids and I. I always feel heard about my kids and I just appreciate the center whole heartedly

Went into the location on Beach boulevard I filled out the application the lady told me that she would send information over in my email waited over a week. Call back after a week of no information in my email the lady at the front desk said okay I will send information over waited another two days and called back. The lady at the front desk said I remember you I thought I sent it over I said no I have checked spam trash and all my email and nothing she said she would send it over again I waited another three days. I decided to give up and go find another school I found a school she starts in the fall would have sent her to yall school but waited 2 weeks for information

My son was cared for at home until a few months ago 3yr old. His transition has been fantastic thanks to all the wonderful caregivers at Ts Learning Center. His vocabulary and social skills have skyrocketed he loves his teachers and supportive staff members and always says that he had a good day at school. Hes such a happy kid and that means the world to me. 3
