Kimberly Goodspeed, MD

I am an Child Neurologist and Neurodevelopmental Specialist focusing on caring for patients and families with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability. My research focus is on the natural history and biomarker development in rare genetic variants of neurological disorders. By working with our patient communities we can learn so much about the underlying pathophysiology of these disorders and eventually bring targeted therapies to patients who have very few options. I am working closely with an amazing team to bring novel gene transfer therapies to patients in a variety of disorders which historically relied solely on supportive care. We are excited to be on the leading edge of therapies that could change the landscape of Child Neurology for generations to come.
