This was the second pt we went to for my 7 m old. Christina was MUCH more experienced than my first pt. I appreciated that she specialized in torticollis and knew exactly what we had been going through I believe it was a coincident that my baby started crawling pulling to stand just one month after seeing her but I still REALLY appreciated our time here and think he did benefit.My son felt very comfortable with Christina and really enjoyed the toys she pulled for him. I did too they were better and of greater variety than my first pts.

KidzSpot and speech therapist Ms. Hillary have been fantastic. Ms. Hillary is so patient and kind with our 2 year old. She is very knowledgeable and I can already see our sons speech improving. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for these types of services.

Since centralizing all of our daughters therapies to Kidzspot she has progressed by leaps and bounds. She had been receiving mostly in-home therapies for SpeechFeeding and OT on a team-based coaching model. Her PT had left from another company to come to Kidzspot so we followed her because she was so amazing having treated our daughter since she was two months old.Within two months of starting at Kidzspot our daughter flourished in all aspects of her development. Her Therapists consult with each other to ensure that there is a continuum and coordination of services to provide the best outcomes for our daughter. Without Suzanne Kim and Kelly our daughter would still be struggling with basic functions. Our daughter has grown to trust them as a part of her world as they have provided a specific foundation for her. They all have become a crucial component to her world in every way.Additionally the Office Staff has always gone above and beyond to assist us with billing to primary and secondary insurances as well as try to coordinate the best schedule possible for the services we receive.We consistently refer Kidzspot to families on Facebook in our special groups and will continue to do so because they are AMAZINGThank you for all that you do

First the therapists at Kidzspot are amazing. However the reason for such a negative review is based on administration...specifically Amber Hook. After multiple billing issues and inconsistencies...my husband called to clarify why he was billed when he was told he wasnt going to be. Amber answered the call with a dismissive and inconvenienced attitude. She began talking over him and the conversation escalated and ended with my husband hanging up. I called to clarify the situation and spoke to Debbie Hinesco-owner. Ms. Hines stated that she had heard the conversation and accused my husband of calling Ms. Hook names 3 times. She also tried to explain the billing process...which carries great inconsistencies based on who you are and when you pay. She then refused to have my husband take my daughter to her appointments...if he was going to communicate with staff. All while acknowledging misinformation had been given...but being frustrated wasnt allowed regardless of our previous billing issues. Ms. Hines then tried to justify why my husband couldnt come in because of COVID-19 . However my husband and myself have been allowed in for mostly all her sessions dating back to July 2020. Ms. Hines answered children 2 and under can be accompanied...my daughter is about to be 4. Ms. Hines responded well I am not here on Fridays...they must be more lax on Fridays. I was met with more excuses for the inconsistencies as I exposed and redirected to false claims that at sometime at the beginning of the New Year my husband slammed the door at the practice and that is why he could no longer come to the office. However when asked for details...she had none except some front office staff said he slammed a door. Which is false Also my husband has been taking my daughter to appointments regularly since the beginning of 2021 with no issues with staff until TODAY. The lying got WORST once I responded that at no point had my husband called Ms. Hook names. Ms.Hines then retracted her statement...stating that Ms. Hook told her he said it and she didnt know how many times. I dont agree with the escalation of the conversation but dont lie.The worst office manager experience I have ever encountered. Blatantly lying is unacceptable and I advise staying away from this location if you value being respected consistency and an ethical approach to service.

KidzSPOT pediatric therapy is one of the best places I could have ever taken my son too. Mrs. Kim J and Heidi are so incredible with my son with his therapy. They are carrying make sure he is happy while doing his therapy sessions. The front desk ladies are so nice and very helpful as well. Over all 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend coming here if you need therapy for your kiddos.

I highly recommend KidzSPOT Therapy for Occupational and Physical Therapy We have loved every appointment The front office staff especially Amber H is so friendly and helpful Our OT and PT ladies have been fantastic All of the therapists at KidzSPOT are loving and supportive of the children regardless of who is the assigned therapist. It creates an environment that while each kiddo may have different challenges from my own they are not alone in their individual journey. They also encourage supportive peer interactions that have been an invaluable life skill for our child. Our PT and OT are supper knowledgeable The communication is great as are any explanationsdemonstrations of skills. They have helped me understand my childs disability and give me an abundance of resources to implement a supportive home life.

Great therapists here The office staff is incredible. I have had a lot of requests from my insurance and they always help me and even encourage me through the insurance process. This place cares greatly for my child and me. Having to take my child to ST and OT at such a young age was incredibly frightening to me. They have went above and beyond. I am a RN myself and I hold every medical office to a standard care of practice. They go above and beyond my expectations. You can look at my other reviews I dont sugar coat thing especially medical facilities.

Our experience at Kidspot has always been amazing Our therapist Kim is so professional caring and compassionate. She is absolutely the bestMy son has made excellent progress and grown is so many areas. We are very thankful for Kidspot

I have 2 littles who attend KidzSpot for different services. I have loved every therapist that we have interacted with They each have a passion for kids that extends beyond the scheduled appointment. My kids look forward to playing with their therapists each week. They have made so much progress I will be sad when they graduate out of their programs because they make you feel like you are all family
