KidsPark - San Jose West

I sent my daughter here for the first time this week and am so glad I did She really seemed to enjoy her time there. After completing the registration forms online I decided to drop in and see the space so I was a little more familiar before taking my daughter for the first time. I was so grateful for the very kind young lady who took a few minutes to give me a tour and answer all my questions. I never expected that since I didnt schedule a tour or call ahead. She was also so kind to let me know that she would be there the following day when I would be dropping my daughter 2.5y.o for the first time. Very reassuring. The children there seemed very happy and content. I didnt observe any questionable behaviors or interactions. There were a decent amount of kids there when I dropped in since it was after school during the week. However there seemed to be plenty of attentive and interactive staff with all of them and I especially liked how the kids were separated 0-5 in one space and 6-10 in the other. There were plenty of activitiesstations that children could choose to participate in. The facility really has an open floor concept so that staff can have eyes on all kids which felt inviting and also safe. I think the cost of care is VERY reasonable compared to other places in the area. I also love how theres no commitment to care but that it can be used on an as-needed basis. I will DEFINITELY be bringing my daughter back here

KidsPark is an amazing fun safe place for parents to drop off the children for 1-hour or 8. Weve been coming here for a long time now . Next time you need time for yourself or to go to work. Come see for yourself . Youll be a believer too in this place. The staff is so attentive too . Kids enjoy snack time playing with other kids in their age groups.

This is a nice place for kids when you need some random time or day for your kid. Theyre open during Christmas break a lifesaver Im looking forward to the new facility. We dont have much help from family and having this daycare option is priceless for us. Thank you for all the good times kids park

This place is a lifesaver. Great place to take my son while school is on break. The staff is friendly and I can call to check on my son anytime. I really do wish there was a kidspark in the north san jose milpitas area.Thank you so much

Hosted my daughters 5 year birthday party here and it was so well managed. The place is so so clean. Im impressed. I coordinated with Lisa and she was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Special kudos to the senior staff forget her name shes so kind and made all the kids feel so loved.They hosted 3 activities for kids which were dance craft and face painting. The place is a great location for birthdays or just for kids to spend time when parents could shop close by

My kid liked it and only thing is there are no outdoor exposure which may not be preferred for longer duration.

I sent my daughter to KidsPark today after a 2 yr hiatus My daughter was afraid she would be the oldest one there 6 yrs old and have no one to play with. This was far from true. There were children up to 12 yrs old by observation. When I came to pick her up she was participating in an activity and was very energized and happy. The space looked very clean and organized. Staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating If KidsPark was closer to us this would be my go to camp site

I have waited 4 years to leave this review to be anonymous. No KidsPark im not in the system anymore so dont try to find me. When i was 9 i had to go here. They underfeed kids and expect older kids to stay in the blue room only. The mountain only fun place is usually only open to young kids. When i was 8 and my first time going there i didnt know that. I went up on that mountain and the worker started harassing me to get off even yelling. I wanted to cry but i didnt because im not some bi---. I saw her sternly talking to kids and they did nothing wrong. They also underfeed your child. 2 measly slices of pizza or one small tray of pasta. This is a horrible place and they allow up to 13 year olds and if you have something to do and your kid is above 10 leave them at home not this place.

We could always count on KidsPark Oakridge in a pinch for our child when he was younger. We were saddened to see that they closed. I needed emergency childcare for my daughter and remembered that KidsPark has a second location by Valley Fair. I love that I didnt have to register. There were a lot of kids there when I dropped her off but there was also enough staff to handle it. The area was clean secure. The kids were playing I didnt witness any unruly behavior either. I picked my daughter up 2 hours later she was very happy already looking forward to her next visit. Thank you once again KidsPark for coming to the rescue I wish youd reopen the Oakridge location

Very convenient drop in site whatever the occasion. My son has enjoyed his visits whether short or long. The option of food andor bring your own snacks is very helpful. I only gave 4 stars because sometimes it can smell a bit stuffy or like a bunch of kids. Maybe Lysol or some sort of recurring wipe down of the equipment would freshen the room up a bit. Not sure about the impact on those kids with allergies etc. As a single mom this service is invaluable. The staff is friendly and always accommodating of my questionsconcerns. Thank you KidsPark
