I want to start by saying we met some good people here. My star rating is fully dependent on whether or not I would recommend sending your child here and I would not.We were having issues with our sons behavior and violence and we come to find out our 4-5 year old was spending a majority of the day playing video games that were made for 7 yrs olds and with kids 2-3 years older than him. I truly believe that because our son was having behavioral issues and they realized he was easy to deal with when hes playing video games all day so thats why they had him doing it so much. There are so many kids in a classroom it makes sense theyd have a hard time if someone was having an issue. However my issue with too many kids in the classroom is almost everyone working also has there kids there there were many times when we would come in and the teacher would be super focused on her own children. There is absolutely no way there isnt nepotism happening here. Our son has also shared with us that they had someone come in and run some sort of shooting game with all the kids where they had them shooting some sort of laser guns outside we had been in full communication with them the entire time on what was happening with our boy and that he could not handle that sort of play. Not to mention they are seeing his behavior issues while he was there. We thought they were trying to help us but since moving to another school I understand how much they werent and how much they didnt care about our son after theyd decided he was a problem. We had transitioned him to gluten free and although we werent allowed to pack him lunch when they served burgers they just didnt give him a bun. If they didnt have a gluten free option they would just LEAVE HIM OUT We came in one day and asked what they had been giving him COOKIES. Theyd just been giving him cookies for all his snacks because that is what they had that was gluten free. I dont expect him to have a whole pantry to choose from but he should at least have similar options to the other children and should always have a bun. Like no wonder we were having so many issues.Lastly but certainly not least our son has told us that some of the boys were inappropriately touching him. When we brought this up to the school initially they brushed it off as nothing.Since moving to our new school our sons behavioral stuff had nearly completely cleared up. Its like we have a different son and I truly wish we had never sent him to kids r kids and thats why Im leaving this review. Please proceed with caution.

We absolutely adore this daycare. The teachers are nice office staff always pleasant and friendly and they seem to have an open door policy. Anytime we have a question or concern they are welcoming and responsive. Definitely would recommend this daycare to anyone and when we have a third child they will be going there

My husband and I first looked at this KRK location when I was pregnant in 2018 and ended up going with another school but early last year decided to make the move to KRK and have not been disappointed The communication is great and every classroomteacher my son has had so far has been welcoming loving and fun while also keeping impressive structure for the schooling portion of the day. We especially love the dedication that the director Ms. Cathy has to the kids the school and her teachers and staff. We feel that any issues or concerns we have had there have been minimal have always been met with direct attention understanding and solutions from the teacher or directors and really appreciate the level of communication we receive daily. Our son just started in the Pre-K room and absolutely is loving it. We feel he is learning a ton and will be well prepared for kindergarten next year

My son went here and he didnt last very long. This is not his first daycare or my first child. Since day 1 I noticed small red flags that I ignored. The manager was very friendly but when I brought up a concern over my childs care all she did was make excuses on the teacher behalf and inform me that she has never had an issue instead of digging into the situation and communicating with me on what was happening with my child. I had to switch daycares due to us moving and since day 1 he has cried every morning. I have witness a lot of yelling from one of the main teachers and grabbing the kids arms aggressively. Small kids are learning how to express big feelings and this is not a daycare that shows comfort and alternative ways to express themselves. I removed my child as soon as I could. The only positive was that I could watch my son on the camera. I hope this helps.

When touring preschools the plethora of outdoor play areas I saw here told me everything I need to know. A preschoolers job is to play not to learn calculus. This place does a great job of encouraging learning through free play and the teachers are all so kind and patient. Also the cameras in the roomsso you can watch your kids any timeare great. Whatever the teachers are making they need raises

I have three children and have trusted KidsRKids Frisco West with their care since 2015. Throughout that time I have built a good rapport with the staff many who Ive known since my first child started there and Ms. Cathy. My children enjoy going there and my experiences with them continue to be positive. If you are looking for child care I suggest giving KidsRKids Frisco West a chance.

My 3 year old has been going here for a couple of weeks now and has really grown with the help of her teachers. Ms. Sima in room 500 has been so sweet to her and did her best to include my shy girl in the group activities in the first days. Ms. Sima Ms. Priscilla and Ms. Alex have been so sweet to her and my daughter enjoys their class more each day. Sometimes when she cries they do their best to stay with her console her and give her a hug. I like that the classes are always being recorded and parents have access to the cameras online. History can be backtracked so nothing is missed. I will say I was not happy with the first room my daughter was assigned to and when I brought my concerns to the director she happily reassigned her to another class. There is some miscommunication here and there as far as if shes potty trained or her age compared to other kids but theres 3 teachers throughout the day and this is understandable. Theyre gentle when it comes to getting the kids to where theyre supposed to be which is appreciated. Shes come home learning a few new things so thats always great. Overall I like this preschool and what it offers.

Both of my children absolutely loved attending daycare here My oldest 5 years old made some very good best friends that we continue to keep in contact with. The Kids R Kids teachers are very dedicated and hands on with all their students. I do not think there was a teacher within the whole school who didnt know andor talk with both of my children.Definitely a place I would return my kids too if we hadnt moved away We will miss the entire Kids R Kids staff and appreciate their dedication to our children and their growth
