Kids 'R' Kids - Spring Central

We have been attending Kids R Kids Spring Central for 4 years now. My oldest is 4 and youngest is 2 and they both love it. My children are thriving and their growth has been amazing The entire staff and their teachers truly care about my babies and thats very comforting. I never have to worry about them and if I ever have a moment where I need to check in the camera access is always there and the staff is always willing and ready to Assist.

We have been attending Kids R Kids for 3 weeks now and our little girl loves it. Every morning she hates waking up until I ask if she wants to go see her friends at daycare. The staff that work there are always attentive and if anything occurs while there they contact you as soon as possible. She turns 2 next month and in the few weeks attending her speech has developed so much. My favorite part of this center is there is camera access to view your child throughout the day. Its nice to log in and see her smiling face. I am grateful for the staff at KRK Spring Central for taking care of our baby.

I Truly love this daycare. Its always a great environment once you walk in the door. The best part that we love is that they always greet you with a smile in the mornings and afternoon. I know my kids love this daycare as well because theyre always excited to go inside. Thank you for being a great daycare guys. Keep up the great work.

So I was really nervous about sending her to a new place since were new to the city but everyone here made it very comfortable enough for me. My daughter loves it here and I also love the way I feel being there. Also I love that they have the camera system and the communication through email phone calls and text messages. Very organized and family friendly

My child does not go here yet and I dont plan on enrolling him. I had a bad experience just inquiring about starting him at this facility. I called to inquire if they had availability and I was told that the Director was the one who knew and she was already gone for the day. She took down my info and said that the Director would follow up with me the next day the next day rolls around and its about to be 5 PM still no phone calls so I follow up again they told me yes they have availability. They told me their touring times are from 10 to 1 PM. I work from 9 AM to 5 PM straight so I asked her if they did tours by chance after five or closer to closing time due to the fact that I work a straight shift I get no lunch and she said no you would think if they were wanting to add a new student to their roster theyd be accommodating especially for a tour that would take like 10-15 minutes .

If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would. My wife and I had enrolled our infant daughter here a few months ago and the entire time it has been one issue after another. From injuries constant illnesses to the staff completely disregarding any requests or concerns regarding our child it has feel like every week there is a new issue. Two directors an increase in tuition yet nothing has changed. Bottles have gone missing even with her name on them wrong clothes received at the end of the day and many other issues plague this place. Multiple times we have requested the staff to not kiss our child and they would still do it catching them on camera or even do it in front of us thinking we wouldnt notice. Even after talking to the director multiple times about this the staff still do it. With her injury she sustained it right above her eye and the cut was deep enough to where she was bleeding. The staff said she fell while near a bookshelf but why werent they watching her That injury could have been significantly worse but thankfully she was feeling better after being picked up. Our daughter has been to other daycare facilities before this one but she had not gotten sick in any of them but at this particular one she has been sick every other week. The breaking point was the month long outbreak of Hands Foot and Mouth disease that they have done nothing about. Our daughter has been one of multiple infants with the disease all who have gotten it at separate times in the same room. They claim to sanitize and disinfect the classroom but kids are still catching it in the exact same room. This shows poor cleaning and hygiene practices. For the amount of money being given to this facility you would expect better treatment and practices. I do not recommend this place and highly recommend people find another daycare even if its further away that will properly take care of your children. Do not enroll your kids here.

KRK Spring Central is a safe and loving environment for my children. In the past year they have gained a new Director who has brought on incredible teachers and staff. Their infant room through toddler room teachers are AMAZING.We have a toddler and baby that have been at KRK since infancy and are very happy with the care provided by KRK for both of our children. From infant room up to the toddler rooms I have made great relationships with teachers they love my children and are genuinely happy to care for them. I have toured many daycares in the area and not found anywhere comparable to KRK. I would highly recommend them.

Okay so my daughter and I love this daycare Shes always happy to go and has made lots of friends. Whenever there is an issue its handled very promptly. Everyone is so nice there also

I have two babies that attend Kids R Kids. They are so attentive and to the their needs and keeps communication open. I appreciate the teachers and directors for ALL that they doBeing able to see them all day and know that they are getting quality care is EVERYTHING

The Spring Central location cared for my son between the ages of 2-5. He left the location due to starting kindergarten and not being in the same area...

My son Cameron has been attending Kids R Kids Spring Central for almost 2 12 years now. He started at 2 years old and will be 4 years old soon. I can say that I love this Learning Academy. I love that the parents have access to week updates of our childrens progress of learning skills. I love that we can see what their school lunches consists of. I appreciate how hands on the staff is with the children from the cafeteria staff to the teachers. My absolute favorite thing is being able to keep an eye on my son through the Camera system. I can watch him from work on my computer or phone. I love that my son comes home and tells me something new he has learning almost everyday. They create events and weekly activities for children and parents. If you have an issue with anything they are quick to address the matter. The staff is very much involved with making sure they know who the parents are and each of the children. overall this school is very warm and welcoming and your child will definitely become of susceptible to learning.
