Kids 'R' Kids - Space Center

Very happy with the staff and cleanliness of this facility. Every time I check the camera system the caregivers are giving extra attention to anyone who needs it. I trust them with my baby and highly recommend them.

The lack of communication and handling of a very serious issue was very appalling. I have to strongly question the integrity of the director of this center. I was never provided access to the cameras which were part of our tuition. I did ask for access at one point and was told I was sent a link. If it was a different link from the one I was sent then I never did receive it. I did have access to the app and the only thing not deactivated on my account was the daily reports emailed at the end of everyday.I cant bring myself to give it one star as up till this last week I was very pleased with their curriculum and teachers. This last week though has been a battle that no parent should have to endure.The director needs to handle situations in a much more appropriate manner with parents. Our situation could have gone so much differently if it had been.

I was looking for care close to my job. I found this place and it was clean and welcoming. The website said they close at 630pm however I soon found out this was incorrect. They actually close at 6pm. This didnt work for me because I didnt even get off work until 6pm. The covid hours should have been explained when I came in for a tour or when I came in with my first payment prior to the first day of attendance. Multiple chances to inform me The director was accommodating and informed her staff I didnt get out of work until 6 and that I only worked 5 minutes away. I hate feeling rushed or that Im keeping someone from leaving work on time. Also my son was kicked out for running. I understand they have policies however he wasnt even given a second chance. Its so hard to find quality care. I went through all this trouble of finding a new daycare just to have to find a another one. I only gave 3 stars because minus one for not telling me about the hours and minus 2 for not giving kids a second chance.

We love KRK Space Center Our oldest has gone there since she started at 14 weeks old and our second daughter will start this fall. My oldest LOVES going to daycare and loves her teachers and friends. Everyone working there is so sweet and they make the children feel special. She has learned so much from them. So grateful we found such a good home away from home They also have managed the COVID-19 situation so well. Thanks KRK

My son just started a couple of months ago I had transferred him after having problems with his last daycare. I do not regret transferring him here he loves it. I am able to keep an eye on him as well. He has learned to talk a lot more as well. Everyone is so friendly and communication is a lot better. Definitely look into getting your child in this facility

My children and I love this daycare we actually had a very bad experience with the daycare prior to coming to Kids R Kids as a single mother dropping off my kids everyday is hard but knowing that they are in good hands makes it so much easier They love it here and have so much fun I love the photos I receive via email throughout my day.

Our son has been attending KRK for the past two years since he was 1.5 and he LOVES his teachers. The staff is super friendly and not only greets him every day with smiles or hugs they also know his grandparents by name who occasionally picks him up for play dates. The teachers gives me a report on him daily the school is quick to call when he has a slight temperature and he gets a good mix of outside play time nap reading music and art lessons. I couldnt be more happy with their service.

Our daughter has gone here since she was 10 weeks old. She loves her teachers and so do we.I love how they have cameras so you can check in on your child anytime of day. The director and staff are wonderful. Communication and policies have been very clear. Tuition is reasonable for this area and the kids get food and milk while at school.Now that my daughter is 1 I love how she gets an excited smile and waves at her friends as we approach the building every morning. The front staff all know her name.

My son has been enrolled for 4 months now and I am so happy I chose this place. The teachers are sweet and I know they love their kids. My son loves it here too sometimes he doesnt even want to leave Hes learned some sign language and I love seeing the photos of all the activities they do in class I also LOVE that I can watch him throughout the day...it just eases my mind when Im at work and I can quickly check on him to see what hes up to. Ive had good encounters with the front staff and the manager as well. They know my son by name and they always greet you and say goodbye as you leave. It is a small gesture but says a lot. They were closed for a few days for hurricane Harvey and opened back up as soon as most of the streets were dry and when everyone started going back to work. They were only short on milk for a half a day and even though the phones werent working all of the calls were being forwarded to the managers personal cell. They even prorated the tuition for the few days there were closed...which I didnt expect but very much appreciated Again Im glad I chose KRK for my sons early education

Our family has attended this preschool for a little over a year now and recommend it to anyone and everyone we know. The teachers are great and the administration is awesome too. We always feel kept in the loop with our childrens progress activities happening and important information. Hands down this is the best preschool and after school program in Clear Lake
