had a very unpleasant experience with this daycare. It became clear to me very quickly that the staff did not have the patience for kids and were constantly looking for reasons to complain instead of working with each child individually.From the moment I dropped off my child I could tell that the staff was frustrated and short-tempered. My child came home upset multiple times telling me about how they were being scolded for small things like not sitting still or talking too much. Instead of trying to understand and address my childs behavior the staff seemed quick to jump to yelling and reprimanding.I tried to address my concerns with the daycare management but I was met with dismissive responses and excuses. It was as if they didnt care at all about my childs well-being and were more concerned with maintaining control and discipline in the classroom.I ultimately had to remove my child from this daycare and search for a more nurturing and understanding environment. I would not recommend this daycare to any parent who wants their child to be treated with patience and respect. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience that I hope no other parent has to go through.

I absolutely love this daycare. My son has been going here since August and they have been so accommodating kind and understanding. They have video that allows you to keep an eye on your child at any time during his stay at the facility. They keep children learning teaching them manners in a fun way so they continue even at home. Lastly they potty trained my son They asked what I wanted and I jokingly said my son potty trained by his birthday in October AND HE WAS Thank you so much Ms. Vanesa Ms. B Ms. Fallon and Ms. Bre and Ms. Heather

Class 250 teachers are amazing .I just wish the parents train their children to not hit others

I was about to enroll my kids here coming from Kid City. We visited twice two days in a row.The first day I toured during nap time so I couldnt see the teachers or the classroom diversity.Second day We saw that the classroom my 4 year old wouldve enrolled into has a full time young male teacher along with a female partner. I would feel uncomfortable if my daughter were in that room. I would also feel uncomfortable if that male teacher unexpectedly helped in another classroom.His partner had difficulties having a conversation about different aspects of the classroom. He remained silent throughout that conversation with her while she struggled. That didnt make me feel comfortable.I have no comments on the 2 year room other then I was not impressed.Then for some reason there is a PearlandPD cop that helps in the afternoon until closing. I started the tour without seeing the cop and ended the tour with him being at the front desk in full uniform and gun on the hip. This is a daycare in a decent area no other daycares in the area have such presence. So I asked him why and another lady answered for him. She claimed a purse being stolen in an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot. Hmmm. Im not sure if it was a lie but seems shady.Outside play area needs to be upgraded.Also had a problem getting a refund on my registration fee that I paid on the first day I toured. I wasnt properly informed that is was non refundable. I hadnt filled out anything to see the policy nor was it verbally stated but I wanted to reserve a spot incase we decided to enroll.A 250 loss is ok in my book because this is child care. My kids do not need to see a cop and they deserve the best classrooms that I can find for them.So now I have one at Ivy Kids close by and one at Kiddie Academy. Both are good so far especially Ivy Kids. Check them both out.

Please see update below....If you want to keep your child safe this is not the place to send them. In less than 1 year the facility has had three directors. Our classroom has had 6 different teachers. My child had been scratched twice and bitten twice in one month. They do not follow the parent guidebook. It doesnt matter how many times a child is written up. They allow aggressive children to continue to terrorize the other kids.Cleanliness is better but still a concern especially with seasonal viruses floating around.Communication is a at a minimum and vague at best. They promise you updates daily but they are not received consistently.Curriculum has improved with more activities in class. Before there was minimal activities for the kids. They just ran around most of the day without direction. But again you must continue to voice your concerns or they will begin to revert back to old bad habits.The state has been there investigating since weve been attending.Please find peace of mind somewhere else. I am looking for that myself.Update 41124Ive spoken with the admin team. They are taking my concerns and parents concerns seriously. The school is following the policies provided with fairness and safety as priority. It is important to always keep a dialog with the team taking care of your children. Thats the only way things will change.My child loves his teachers and after addressing my concerns I fell better at leaving my child in their hands. Thank you kidsrkids for taking action.

Would not recommend this daycare at all Some staff are not kid friendly Literally kicked my son out of daycare due to a teacher constantly picking with him and the staff and owner are bad with listening to parents concern.

My niece has been attending here since she was 8weeks old. The teachers are highly experienced and we always feel welcomed when walking through the front door.

Ms. Mary is pure gold. She was our toddlers first teacher ever and we are forever grateful for the love and care that she gave to Victoria. Thats the best move that Kids R Kids Shadow Creek has ever made.

My 9-month-old daughter has been attending this school since she was 12 weeks old. The teachers and staff are amazing. They are clearly invested in my daughter learning and growing. They play with her constantly with enriching activities. They check with me regularly on her development preferences and milestones. I love this school and recommend it to all my friends in the area.

Our son has been going to this school for about 3 months now. My husband and I love this school and the teachers they are good hearted friendly and amazing Our son seems to enjoy his time there at Kids R Kids Shadow Creek. Our son told us that he loves his teachers and his teachers are nice. The school is very clean we can see the different in our son going to Kids R Kids Shadow Creek versus previous daycare he is constantly sick from previous daycare due to small space.The staff are also nice they make you feel comfortable. Kids R Kids Shadow Creek are under a new management and the owner is doing an amazing job. She works with the teachers and address all parents concern and make sure they have been taken care of.
