Kids 'R' Kids - Liberty Field

Our girls started Kids R Kids 3 months ago and we are very happy with our decision. The owners the director administrators and teachers are truly amazing. Every morning we walk in with a warm greeting from Ms. Amy and Ms. Kisha. I think they know all of the kids names at the school. Its amazingAlso Ms. Norma Ms. Gabby and Ms. Jessica takes great care of our 15 month old. These ladies constantly providing updates regarding our daughters development and they work really well together. We are also grateful to Ms. Charlotte for being that go to person for our 2 year old. Our daughter lights up when she sees Ms. Charlotte and constantly talks about her favorite teacher CharlotteWe are looking forward to seeing our kids grow at Kids R Kids.

I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old that attends this school. My husband and I relocated to San Antonio a few years ago with little family here. We were so nervous enrolling our first son here. The employees have been very welcoming and reassuring. It is now almost two years later We are still here with our second son as well. Our 6 month old is doing great Always smiling We are very pleased with our 2 year old sons academic progress as well as his comprehension and speech We appreciate everyone there and look forward to growing with Kids r Kids

Update Its been over 3 years now and we still love Kids R Kids My son is in Pre-K now and all of the teachers have been great. Ms. Nicole is a gem my son loved her when he was in her class but he still waves to her almost everyday through the window. His current teachers are Ms. Ruby Ms. Jasmine...they have been wonderful at communicating with us and my son often says I want to go to school even on the weekendsMy little guy has been attending Kids R Kids since he was 3 months old in Suite 100. This place is great and I have been impressed by their curriculum even with the infants. They provide sensory teaching and use infant sign language which is great for young developing minds. All of the teachers have been great Ms Marisol Ms Aurora Ms Elizabeth and he seems to truly enjoy himself when he is there It keeps this first time moms mind at ease knowing he is in good hands and learning so much.

We are so thankful for Kids R Kids Our son has made big learning and development strides since attending there The staff there is great From Ms. Carmen Ms. Amy and Keisha handling the front office operations to Mr. Joe handling maintenancefacilities. Special thank you to our sons teachers who have made lasting impressions by practicing their patience Ms. Charlotte Ms. Nicole who by the way is the sunshine to my day with her awesomeness and Ms. Elizabeth who is helping with the hard task of potty training a boy. We have recently enrolled our now five month old who is in the infant room with Ms. Betty Ms. Abigail and Ms. Tabitha. I fully trust these ladies to give my son the extra care he needs to help him reach his developmental milestones.

My wife and I have been using Kids R Kids for a year now. Both of our boys love it there. My son Conner loves Ms Nichole Sarah and Ms Ruby. My son Caden loves Ms Tesla and his favorite is Ms Nicky although he has started to grow onto his current teachers in the next class. Again great place and great staff The directors are perfect and will make sure you and your children are always happy Highly recommend

My daughter has been going to kids r kids for almost a year and me and wife could not be happier. My daughter has learned so much from her teachers. Her classroom has always been consistent with same staff around her that gives us peace of mind knowing the turn around of teachers is very low. Her teachers Ms charlotte ms Diane and Emily have personally been a crucial factor in my daughters early development. I am glad we switch daycares when we did. Great teachers is the reason we continue to take our baby there.

When touring was told they accept CCS. When asking about updated waitlist I was told they actually NEVER accept CCS for children under 2 years old. So instead of using CCS for a year and then switching to private pay once finished with my degree in December we will just be finding somewhere else.

My son was with Kids R Kids for about 4-5 months. He started off great but lately they have been hiring new workers that arent really passionate about working with kids kinda just there to have a job my son would always come home with some kind of bruise and one time I came and picked up my son without no report given to me about his day and no questions asked they just simply let me take him and leave. I could have been taking someones child. I will be finding a new daycare. Its a newer facility which is nice with newer amenities but not the best suited workers in the infant rooms. I do not recommend.

Id like to thank Kids R Kids Liberty Field for taking my caring outgoing unafraid joy of a daughter and making her afraid of all teachers in less than 2 weeks. She would bounce in to the classroom excited and ready to be there. She would wave goodbye to me with smiles instead of tears and now she wont do anything because shes afraid Im going to leave. There is no excuse for a teachers Huge Reaction in the classroom and you failed Ms. Nicole. I gave you the idea 4 year old and you gave me back scared and worried. Shes in therapy because of this Kids make mistakes need guidance and support and you showed that you are NOT the one to get that done. And dont tell me if was another kid because shes not afraid of other kids or new places just teachers. She wont even do things she loved before like gymnastics and dance. You miserably failed. I tried to be civil patience and focused on my kids pain. I swallowed my rage because it was about her. I pushed down all the words about what you had done and my thoughts about you. But Im saying it now. You shouldnt be anywhere near ANYTHING that needs nurturing. Not a plant a puppy and especially not kids I would never take a child near this facility I would say shame but considering how little Kids R Kids did about the incident and Ms Nicoles ever changing story I know it would be pointless. No report conveniently no video and no remorse. And had the nerve to give her a book on confidence on our way out the door. She was confident until YOUR care. Never ever ever take your kids here.

We were looking forward to having my 2 12 yr old Grandson attend. He attended for almost a month. At first everything was great. Ms Nicole is awesome. She is the main teacher who is experienced knowledgeable patient and loving. She connected with my Grandson and he loved going. Then Ms Nicole was moved to the kitchen to prepare the meals and would occasionally be in the classroom. Ms Nicolette was now the main teacher and she had 4 months of experience. The secondary teachers are rotated so there isnt any consistency. When Ms Nicole was in the classroom the atmosphere was calm the room looked neat and organized the children were well behaved. When Ms Nicolette was in charge the room looked like a tornado went through it the children were loud and wild. With Ms Nicolette my Grandsons behavior declined and Ms Nicolette was not experienced enough to help him. I dont blame Ms Nicolette I feel sorry for her. Management put her in a difficult situation. Ms Nicole should be in the classroom providing leadership and training for Ms Nicolette. In less then a month management blamed my Grandson for his behavior change and told us to take him to his pediatrician. The pediatrician wrote a letter stating he was a normal 2 yr old with normal 2 yr old behavior and would do well in a caring encouraging structured environment. This did not sit well with Management. They waited for him to have a rough day we were called and asked to pick him up and when I arrived I was informed he was being withdrawn that very day. They didnt follow their behavior plan and without notice terminated his contract. My Grandson is now at another daycare and he is thriving.
