I honestly have nothing but GREAT things to say about KIDS R KIDS LEGACY WEST. From the moment we toured the school with Mrs.Karen to my sons first day was amazing He is an outgoing child and has a strong personality however he is extremely shy at first with unfamiliar environments. He adjusted well and was greeted and welcomed with open arms. He came home and let his dad and I know how much he liked it which made my mama heart so happy The teachers staff and administrators are all so welcoming and truly are meant to be where they are. I was so happy with the school that when I gave birth to my baby girl I decided when it was time she would go there as well. She is doing great and all of her teachers are AMAZING. I could not be any happier with our decision. I am thankful that they treat my babies the same way they would treat their own. 10000010 recommend KIDS R KIDS LEGACY WEST.

It is part of my sons sad memory. At that time my child had just turned 2 years old my family sent him here to study. Its horrible that my child somehow feels stigmatized because hes Asian. Every time I check the camera I see my son crying a lot without being cared for. They even got angry and pushed the boy when he cried and refused to sleep because of fear. They started throwing away my babys blanket and mattress. And forced to move my babys sleeping place closer to the door. Despite the boys pitiful cries and hugs they tried to push him away. Somehow I see the teacher they put my child in the toilet with the lights off. Theres no way theyre trying to change my babys diaper in the dark. I dont know what they did to my child. And yes but the next day at nap time they took my kids out of the classroom I didnt see anything after that. I dont know where my child is doing. And on the last day after 2 weeks of studying there my son fell ill and exhausted. And that time my baby finally got his first nap from exhaustion. They put my baby next to the sink near the corner where the broom and dustpan were full. I may have been too lenient in sending my kids there to study the schools hygiene is terrible. Once after picking up my son from school I discovered a scratch on my childs knee and did not receive any explanation from his teacher. Maybe my child fell carelessly but at least there must be a reason. But we have no choice because we have to go to work. And after 2 weeks of that. I decided to send my son out of school. Therefore I do not recommend people to send their children to study here. Its not fair to our children who need to be loved and cared for.

We have been with this daycare for almost 3 years now since my kids were tiny We love all the teachers and the head of the center is amazing. It will be so sad to leave They have prepared my daughter for kindergarten and have greatly influenced her love of learning I would highly recommend this care for your children Were it not for us moving too far away I would keep my kids here until the end of elementaryWe love you all and thank you for taking such good care of my littles these past few years

If I could give them 10 stars I would They are FANTASTIC We have been with them for 5 years and are only leaving because we moved. All of the classroom teachers are great. The administration front desk support staff....everyone has been great to our kids and family for the entire time we were with them. They give the kids a great balance of education order and fun. Which is exactly what children need during these years. They have created a welcoming environment that makes you feel like part of the family from day one. Brining our kids here was a great decision for us. We will miss them terribly.

I am new to the area and I stopped by at this center because it was the closest to my home and let me tellYou the moment I walked into the facility I was blown away. From the cleanliness to the amazing customer service that was extended to me the moment I came through their doors. Mrs April was working the front service desk and she just has such a positive and calming energy that immediately spoke to my aura. The Director Mrs. Sondra just made me feel right at home and I knew after completing my tour that my 5 boys would be attending this learning facility. The staff were so thoughtful as for me its always the little things that count but instead of me filling out numbers of paperwork 5 times they made it so much easier for me. I say all this to say that if youre looking for an awesome day care for your children this is definitely your place hands down Another bonus is they have the video app where you can log in and check in on your kids at your discretion which I love Sorry for the length but this facility deserves every star and every word I wrote

Kids R Kids in Legacy West Frisco has so far been the best in this locality. My son was enrolled in this school from Sep 2022 to sep 2023 for a year. I wish to thank everyone in the school who made my kid feel comfortable being in this school.Director Ms Karen is a nice person and i am always thankful to her. She is always available for any questionsconcerns. Anything that happens in the school is promptly noted to parents via email. I can directly walk up to her with any concern and she does her best to resolve it immediately. Special mention to her Monthly newsletter.As you enter the facility you will always find two ladies in the reception welcoming youGloria Courtney April. Every time you pass by them they are sure to greet you. Lovely gesture.Thanks to all the teachers who took care of my son - Christian Heather Ashwini Ray Magnate Ana and many others.Special credits to Heather and Magnate for taking extra efforts to care for the kids. They make sure to understand what does the kid prefers in snacks meal and how to pacify the kid etc.It wasnt easy for my son initially to start with the school. But Karen and the teachers made him feel comfortable and was very patient in handling him. It took a few months for him to adapt to it and till them the teachers were very helpful.Almost every teacher in the school knew my son by his name which proves the connect they had with the kids though they arent the teachers for the respective classes.The teachers notices everything and prompts me even if there is any slight change in my kids temperature.Last but not the least I have to thank the onsite chef Mr Ken for providing the kids with the food.To anyone who is looking for a daycare especially for toddler age I would recommend visiting this facility first.

Great place for my kids to begin to learn and make new friends. My kids have grown as individuals and overall. So excited for them to finish up this last year and begin new in school. The teachers have been great and Miss Karen is so much fun and down to earth. Love the experience for my kiddos

My recent experiences around Kids R Kids Learning Academy have left me with some safety concerns. It seems that a number of parents who drop off or pick up their children at this facility exhibit extremely reckless driving behavior.Some parents drive at a snails pace which can be frustrating when others are trying to get to their destinations. Even worse Ive witnessed instances where parents intentionally block traffic or engage in aggressive driving tactics. Its disheartening to see grown-ups acting this way especially when theyre responsible for their childrens safety.Its unsettling to think that these parents are responsible for young learners attending Kids R Kids. When they leave the facility there appears to be a lack of traffic regulation or supervision. This raises concerns about the kind of example these parents are setting for their kids and the safety of everyone on the road.While I cannot comment on the quality of education at Kids R Kids I hope that the management takes steps to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for everyone both within and outside the facility. Teaching responsible and safe behavior should extend beyond the classroom especially when childrens well-being is at stake

Enrolling my boys into Kids R Kids 5365 Lebanon Rd Frisco is one of the best decision I have ever made. The staffs are awesome and the environment is conducive. My kids are always wanting to go everyday. Thank you Kids R Kids for your warm reception and making my boys feel like they are home. I am so grateful for your love and professionalism.

We are thrilled that Kids R Kids has proven to be the perfect choice for our 5-year-old daughter. She truly adores her school the teachers and its evident how profoundly the school has influenced her. Not only has she excelled in her learning but she has also gained a solid foundation in the fundamentals preparing her for kindergarten. We appreciate the convenience of the all-inclusive payment which covers essentials like wipes snacks breakfast lunch and additional snacks eliminating the need for separate charges.The most significant aspect for us is the strong connection between the teachers and our daughter. Her genuine love for her teachers is evident as she excitedly runs to them every single day which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment. Its priceless to witness moments like when she still goes to give her teacher a hug every single day including her old teachers.We also appreciate the added peace of mind provided by the streaming cameras that allow us to observe our children throughout the day. Furthermore the communication with the director Karen and the staff through email has been exceptional. Karen consistently responds promptly addressing any concerns we may have with immediate attention.Overall Kids R Kids has surpassed our expectations and has become an invaluable part of our daughters early education journey. We are grateful for the positive impact it has had on her development and the exceptional care she receives.
