Kids 'R' Kids - Greatwood/Canyon Gate

We love Krk greatwood. The teachers that are chosen to be in the classroom with the kids are very caring. It seems that in other daycares it tends to come off as people are typically just chosen to fill a spot just because without thought and consideration for who they are hiring. However here I can tell the teachers that are chosen to work in the classes are really caring people. The front staff makes sure they keep people who genuinely care about the kids. Overall Ms Sally has a great team I trust her judgment with the teachers placed in the rooms and how everything is ran with the facility. My kids love it here. I see the patience the team has with the kids. I tilt my hat off to these guys here at the greatwood location. Its not everyday you find a trustworthy daycare. The cameras are always a plus The kids genuinely have fun here they are safe and they really do learn so much. Thank you Krk greatwood the team

Where do I even start when it comes to how amazing Kids R Kids Greatwood is We absolutely LOVE this place Clean professional friendly welcoming caring and the list could go on and onOur daughter was in the infant room and we couldnt have found more perfect ladies to take care of our girl. Ms. Claudia Ms. Grisel Ms. Carmen Ms. Jasmine Ms. Irma and Ms. Angel are WONDERFUL. These beautiful souls are truly meant to work with babies. They are loving enthusiastic caring and treat every baby as if they were their own. Our daughter hit every major milestone with these ladies. They are amazing teachers who know where every child is academicallyemotionally and take the time to work with each one to help them grow. And watching them celebrate these milestones with such pride was the best. We never doubted how much our girl was loved.The whole staff is amazing Ms. Sally the director has been so helpful and caring from day one. Anything we needed she took care of right away. The minute you enter the front door you are always greeted with a smile and good morning no matter which staff member is sitting there. It is obvious how proud they are of this school and they make everyone feel like family the minute you walk in the door.My husbands job relocated our family and to say leaving this place was heartbreaking is an understatement. As parents all you care about is that your children are safe and loved when you leave them every day. THAT is exactly what you get at Kids R Kids Greatwood. My daughter went to Kids R Kids from 6 months all the way to Pre-K. It has been a great experience all the way and we never had to worry about her. We are very thankful for the manager Ms Sally who was always available for us.Ms Alice in the kitchen spoiled our daughter with her delicious lunches. I absolutely love Kids R Kids of Greatwood. Our daughter has loved every single one of her teachers and she has learned so much in the few years weve had her at Kids R Kids. If any parent is wondering where to send your child for daycare you cant go wrong with Kids R Kids of Greatwood.

Dont send your children to this school. It has so many faults that I need to calm down before I can comment on it.1.The parents were not notified when the children and teachers were sick which led to my child being sick throughout July.2. Teachers are highly mobile and the point is that teachers leave and children are replaced by new teachers without informing parents.3. The child cried but the teacher turned a deaf ear to it. Seems to have little patience for children.4. On Splash Day in summer three or four teachers dried children while chatting. Because they were so engaged in chatting some children were directly dried by the sun. And told parents to prepare sunscreen but never applied it to children.5. After work at 6 o clock the teacher would take out an iPad and let the children watch cartoons from 5 o clock. In order to get off work smoothly the teacher began to clean the classroom while the children were watching cartoons. And never asked the parents whether they agreed to let their children watch cartoons. When I picked up the child before 530 they were always watching cartoons.

My son has been here for 3 weeks and I can already tell you this school is amazing. He adjusted so quickly hes happy everytime I drop him off and waves at everyone. Hes always happy when I pick him up. The transparency from the walls in the classrooms is what won me over during the tour you can see directly in the next class. Their curriculum is great and I like that they have a mock cafeteria so the kids can get used to eating with their class the same way they do in elementary. Everyone we have encountered front desk and admin staff other teachers etc literally everyone has been so nice to us and I can tell theyre just as nice when Im not around simply because of how happy he is and his vibes around them. His teachers Ms Macy and Ms Amina are phenomenal and he loves them. This is a complete 180 experience from his previous childcare facility I am so glad I decided to move him here 1010 recommend.

Kids R Kids of Greatwood is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Their staff is so friendly and helpful They have cameras so you can view your little one at any time while theyre there and they send out daily notificationspictures that were taken throughout the day. They also address any concern or issue as soon as possible. All of the teachers have been extremely helpful and nice I highly recommend this daycare Theyre also more reasonably priced than other daycares in the area My family loves Kids R Kids and yours will too

I had a brief negative experience with this daycare center caused in large by an unfortunate miscommunication. However my concerns were respectfully addressed by the staff and management team and Im satisfied that their intention is to serve their community and the children under their care in good faith.
