Kids 'R' Kids - Flower Mound

As the previous director of this preschool I appreciate sweet and kind words directed towards me. As a long time former employee of Kids R Kids schools I can also confidently say that Kids R Kids is one of the most premiere preschools available to families and truly believe KRK of Flower Mound is one of the best schools in FM. I had the pleasure of working with Kendall the Assistant Director for seven years and she is one of the most honest and fair people I know. Kendall has always worked with families and teachers in any way she can to make sure they had a positive experience with the school. And while I do not have any direct experience with the current Director Hayley I do know firsthand how challenging a change in leadership can be and the fact that many of the families remain speaks volumes of her leadership.Having also worked with the owners for seven years I can say both of them have good hearts and good intentions towards their teachers families and leadership and have garnered the respect of the those at the additional schools theyve purchased over the years and recently.No school is perfect and each has their individual hurdles they must work to overcome each day. Every familys needs are different and not every school is the perfect fit for every family. It has always amazed me that people are able to type anything they want in a review even if it is not true. I just hope that as families are making the important decision regarding their childs early care and education needs they think independently to determine whether or not this center is a good fit for them.

I stopped by Kids R Kids Flower Mound for a tour of their infant room a few weeks ago. I was greeted and given a tour by Colbi. She was very personable and was able to quickly put my mind at ease as I asked her many questions pertaining to their infant program First time mom.The school has been recently updated and is very clean. It was actually the third school I toured that day. By the end of the tour I was sold on Kids R Kids Flower Mound. One of the biggest selling points for me is the camera access I just thought that was so cool.I wont lie my first day back to work was quite emotional but we made it Both the classroom teachers and the management staff made my little guys first day a good one. I even got a cute first day of school picture of him sent to me through the parent engagement app. I am extremely thankful for Kids R Kids Flower Mound.

The most unprofessional directors you can have running a established. They will tell you one thing and then LIE to cover it up for the owners. They will send your child outside in cold weather with SHORTS instead of contacting the parent to advise they need pants or just simply not let them go outside. My child started in room 250 with Ms Quinn head teacher. Ms Quinn was let go and I didnt receive any update from the director that she would no longer be there. They just moved the assistant up very unprofessional and concerning but I gave them a chance. My child developed behavior issues when she moved to the next class due to the lack of classroom management. When I offered to pull her I was always talked down. This happened at minimum 3 times. I ended up pulling her after a issue and now being harassed via email when Ive asked to have the owners contact me directly. Save yourself the headache . If youre going to pay 1200mo in child care.. go somewhere else for a better experience and less expensive.Update I should have advised they will reply with LIES. My child had little to NO issues while in room 250 under Ms Quinn but all of a sudden shes getting constant reports when moving to the next room When In room 250 I would log in to view ALL children would be laying down if not sleep during nap time. Fast forward to room 450 it will be multiple children up playing running around sitting up. So yes this was a classroom management issue. These children are 3-4 years old and will only do what they are allowed. How amazing to have directors use words like aggressive to describe a THREE year old. I do hope you all are paying attention. Funny how the email was sent but I must have missed it yea right Ive have to contact them about not receiving a email that splash day was canceled and was told I was left off that email so maybe thats what happened. Ive stated I would just pull my child SEVERAL times because it appeared they did not know how to handle the situation one they created but was begged to let her stay. So if she was such an issue when a parent offers to remove said issue why not let it happen Why BEG for the child to stay Cant have it both ways.I actually sent my child to school that same day with 2 outfits changes and was told she spilt water on one outfit and the other she cried and wouldnt let them put it on. So she had pants to change into they just did not want to deal with her fussing so they let her wear shorts. UNACCEPTABLE.if youre going to mention the bounced check also add how I came the next day and paid CASH.They asked for a meeting to take place only ONCE the week of thanksgiving and advised it HAD to take place that week. I said in person that I would come Wednesday. Wednesday comes and they are no where to be found they left early for the holiday All of a sudden I didnt email them to notify when I would come. But the question is did they email to request the meeting The answer is NO. Did they send a email verifying or asking since they did not hear from me No. UNPROFESSIONAL. Your directors started the disrespect with lying saying if I didnt pay a false balance they would not remove my email from receiving future notifications and agin LYING stating I never apologized for any of her behavior when in fact I apologized EVERY TIME. I have requested the owners to contact me but have yet to hear back. Apparently they have a surrogate carting a child for them out of the country but if they can communicate with the directors they could have replied to my emails or returned my call. If this is the director replying you all are full of itvery unprofessional a bunch of liars. My money can and WILL be spent else where. When you disrespect me by lying you will be rewarded with disrespect.Ill be awaiting the return of my deposit less 30 for the bounced check.

Kids R Kids Flower Mound has been nothing but great and accommodating for my kids. My kids 2 5 really feel like family there and every teacher works hard to know their names. Very thankful for this daycare

Horrible daycare. The directors Kolbi and Haley there are liars the always said my kid was acting out. Throwing chairs spitting on kids but when I asked for video they always said they didnt have time to show me and were in meetings. When I picked my child up they were in the office starring at a laptop acting busy they werent busy at all. I discontinued care for my child.

I cannot say enough about this Kids R Kids location. Our son has always been at home with family and knowing he needed more social interaction with kids his age before starting school..... This was the best choice that we made to enroll him in Kids R Kids. The growth within just a few short months was amazing. Thank you all so much for all that you have done and continue to do. He is excelling in Kinder and we could not be any more pleased. Thank you Kids R Kids

I am a first time mom and sent my son to this daycare at 7 months old. We have been here 2 weeks and I am very impressed with the level of care and updates with photos that I get throughout the day in the app they use. You can also watch on video and Ive seen multiple times how attentive the staff is. Just today it appeared two of the little ones not mine were colliding into each other and a teacher rushed over to separate them. Or Ive seen them cleaning the high chairs and the floor with spray bottles. I think the best part is that they have somehow whipped my boy into being on a schedule during the day so that he sleeps through the night And my boy is visibly happy each day when I drop him off and when he comes home. I could have sent my son somewhere closer to our house but this daycare is well worth the extra few minutes of driving

As a mom I highly recommend this school for your little ones. Our two-year-old enjoys her days there especially thanks to the attentive and friendly staff. Theyve created a safe engaging environment that promotes learning at a comfortable pace.The standout for us has been the Academys communication. Staff members are consistently forthcoming about our daughters day and progress and that transparency is reassuring. To other parents searching for a reliable nurturing and communicative childcare facility Kids R Kids Flower Mound gets my heartfelt endorsement. Its truly a welcoming space for both kids and parents alike

I love working in Suite 100 Ms. Binta and Ms. India are amazing with the children and helps me everyday They are truly amazing teachersI also want to say how generous and thoughtful the front staff is Seeing the owner show up to the school and not just sit in the office is amazing She helps in the kitchen and anywhere shes needed and I love that the mostThe staff in general is super nice and amazing to work with Not only do I work there but my sons also come to school and they love it there

This daycare is BLESSED to have a team member Shaka on staff. There are VERY few people in this world I trust my most precious belongings to. She is one of them. The calmness she has for my hyper active tornadoes is unique to her and her alone. The firm and loving redirection to my melt down queen and king have been exactly what they needed to be reminded they are LOVED in their moments. I wish I could afford to hire Her as a private nanny bc I surely would try to snag her away and gift my children w such a teacher. When I say this school is blessed they truly are.... but really its the parents of her children who are. The needle in a haystack of a teacher who loves children and CAN be their teacher day after day moment after moment melt down after meltdown is truly a quest for any parent who wants the best for their children...
