Kids 'R' Kids - Castle Hills

We started at Kids R Kids 6 months ago after being at our previous daycare for over 3 years. It was a hard move but we knew it was the right thing for our daughter and family. It was by far the best decision we have ever made for her. Shes thriving in every way possible and is healthier than shes ever been. The school is clean and you can tell very well taken care of. Every person we have encountered at the school has been incredibly nice welcoming loving and just overall amazing. Being greeted at drop-off and pick-up by genuinely kind and caring people every morning and afternoon is the best way for you and your kids to start and end your day.Ms. Whitney has been a huge blessing for our daughter She had a lot of change this year with a new school and a new baby brother within a few months of each other and Im confident that Ms. Whitney and the staff at Kids R Kids helped her get through that change with us better. They were so supportive and acted as our partners through the harder days for our daughter. She LOVES going to school every day and I feel great knowing shes in such great hands learning so much and feels safe.Our son just started at 11 weeks old and we are thrilled with the teachers in his room and the communication they have had with us making sure we feel comfortable and know hes in great hands and being loved just like our daughter.Mr. Gary the owner is around often and hes just as great as the rest of the team we have gotten to interact with. He always has a smile on his face and is welcoming to our family. A hands on owner who really cares about the families and people coming and going is very comforting for us.I could go on and on about how wonderful this school is We are blessed to have the opportunity to send our children here and to have each and every person help them become the best versions of themselves at such an important time in their lives.

I am so incredibly grateful for KRK Castle Hills. Our daughter started when she was 13 months old and it was the best decision. It was a difficult transition for us but they really helped us through it. Everyone is so wonderful and welcoming. You can really see how much they care for all the kiddos. We couldnt be more happy to be at KRK The front staff is a breath of fresh air upon arrival and the teachers are amazing We have been with KRK since our daughter was 6 weeks old and she is now nearly 4. We knew from the first interview with them we would send our child there. The teachers pay close attention to our childs need and has handled her education wonderfully. For me its how they recognize aspects of her personality so quickly and build on that during each transition and in her day to day. My daughter looks forward to going to school naming some of the teachers as her best friends. During the pandemic Gary the owner navigated each day with such grace and communication as no one knew what was really going on. To have an owner so dedicated to his staff and students really comforted us during those darker days. We could not recommend this school more to new families in the area. Our experience has been top notch and you should honestly look no further.

We love KRK. Trusting someone else with the care of our baby was tough but from day 1 I was at ease by the front desk and teachers. They always have a smile on their faces you can tell they love their jobs. Even as our child has moved to different classrooms as he grows I never have any worries about his well-being. I can tell his teachers know his routinepersonality just like I do and communicate with me if he has an off day doesnt nap well or is achieving a milestone.

I really cannot say enough good things about Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Castle Hills. Our children love it there and I know that they are loved on when they are there. Our youngest entered kindergarten this fall already reading and that is directly attributable to the wonderful instruction she received from Ms. Najish at Kids R Kids. All of the other teachers are just as treasured and take such great care of our kiddos. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of child care Fantastic.

Moving from NJ to TX with no family members to take care of my 2 kids was very scary. kids are kids has been the BEST place I could have ever chosen for the care of my kids. They are so diligent and careful with my 2 children that I trust them more than I can trust any family member for my children care. The facility is sparkling clean they have a camera system that you can see at any time and they are so responsible I cant even explain. The staff is absolutely AMAZING I recall one day the school was late to drop off one of my kids to kids are kids and Megan in the front office called me and alerted me of my son not being there at the original time. She helped me call the school and helped me solve the issue with the new school bus driver. If you want a place where your kids are care for as if it was you this is the place. Thank you Kids are kids for helping me and my family with my kids the experience with this center has been better than any other place we have ever visited love you kids are kids family

Wow I have nothing but great things to say about Kids r Kids Castle Hills Lynn was so accommodating when I wanted to tour the campus and then a second time when I wanted to show my mom where we would be sending our daughter.Then on the first day my husband and I dropped our daughter off Meghan came out to greet us saying good morning and KNEW my daughters nameThen we have the staff of teachers-my daughter has Miss Stephanie who has been wonderful at communicating and caring for my kiddo. Putting kids in daycare is always a leap of faith. But the staff-from the front desk to classroom teachers-everyone of them will love your child as if it were their own child.We are moving and I am devastated I have to find a new school for my kids We have loved kids r kids and would recommend them time and time again

Kids R Kids Castle Hills is Family. Both my kids attended here since they were 15 months old through Pre-K.We feel our kids are in Safe Nuturing environment and in good care. They have really good Pre-K program which makes them more than ready for elementary school. We are very grateful to Gary and the staff for everything they do. Teachers and staff cared for the kids and families in pandemic with such great caution and preventitive measures.There so much more that we cannot put out in just one review. They are just Amazing.

My toddler was mistreated at this location and I would NOT recommend any parent who values diversity compassion and integrity enroll at this school. Every child is different but all kids deserve to be treated equally. The staff is a revolving door every other week there are different teachers who all follow different standards of care. When my child would adapt to certain teachers it seemed that it was more of a concern to the director than a comfort. They have cameras which is great until they realize you are watching. My wife and I watched my toddler be mistreated treated unfairly for the same behavior as other kids in his class on camera and when we called the school to address it we were blatantly lied too. When I addressed my concerns and asked questions to the director there was never an option to improve or come to an understanding or find a solution. The director and other staff used their own biases and unprofessionalism to have discussions about my toddler. On several occasions my toddler was referred to as too huge too tall too heavy too aggressive etc On camera I watched experienced my toddler being targeted on multiple occasions constantly treated differently removed or placed in isolation from his friends receiving less comfort or compassion from teachers and so much more. BEWARE of the word redirection thrown around by staff and directors. Its Inconsistent and best way for staff to protect their jobs. Finding childcare is already a stressful process for parents so places like this that treated my toddler unfairly should not actually be in business. Do not choose this childcare find a place that will go above and beyond for your child. Find a place that will treat your toddler as a toddler. Find a place that will provide a safe space for honest communication between staff parents.

Our daughter recently started attending KRK and has had a wonderful experience with everyone on staff. Her teachers are incredibly kind and made her and us feel welcome from the first day. We would recommend KRK- Castle Hills to anyone looking for childcare where they can know their child is in a safe and loving environment
