Kids Care Dental - Sunnyvale

I had a really great experience here with my daughter for her first-ever dental cleaning. The staff was very friendly and because I had communicated that my daughter might be nervous they went out of their way to make the visit successful. They knew how to help her feel comfortable. I love that kids can watch movies during their cleanings and get prizes afterward. I also felt that the staff was very kind in how they communicated with me. Highly recommend this place

Our first experience was incredible but our second was not the same. We felt rushed because they were running late the hygienist didnt seem very experienced with kids and had not read our daughters charts and the doctor was condescending with us as parents and didnt explain anything they were doing with our baby and she was upset. Its too bad because our toddler loved her first time there and talked about it forever. Now she is more hesitant about going back to a dentist and she is only 4. It was our babys first time and Im hopeful she wont remember and be ok going again.

I took my 9-month-old daughter for her first dentist visit and so far it has been great. New and clean office really nice staff and the doctor answered all our questions and gave us tips on starting with the babys teeth hygiene.

I couldnt be more happy with my sons first visit. The staff was super friendly and so patient with my boy They even rewarded him with his own balloon after his visit. So glad we found this place. Also if you do not have insurance for your child they offer a insurance program within the dental office. Its 99 to activate which is MUCH cheaper than paying out of pocket in full which could be 200-300 and 21-41 a month depending on the age of your child. The woman at the front desk recommended it to us since our son cant go on our insurance until July which I thought was very kind and thoughtful. Couldnt recommend this office more for your childs dental care

We have been here three times in a month for a cleaning sealant application and an orthodontist consultation. Each visit has been so positive and stress-free for both me and my 8 year old son. Im so thankful we switched to Kids Care and their FANTASTIC team I recommend this place to all families

Absolutely miserable experience. We were new patients making appointments for our kids. We were rescheduled the day before our appointment 4 times over the course of a month and a half. I tried to call and cancel the final time and the office was impossible to reach. I was never able to reach a single human over the phone and ended up canceling via text message the same way they notified us of the rescheduling.Gladly moving on from this place.

This dentist clinic understands that children are not always at ease when they come in for an appointment. They have created a space that is welcoming relaxing and fun for kids. This makes them comfortable so they can get the care they need without fear or anxiety.

Our 1st visit to the dentist every and it was great. My daughter is 21 months and Im so happy I took her here. Every one her are just great. It was a lap visit and it couldnt have gone any better.The place is in downtown Sunnyvale which was great. There is a parking garage right next to it so that was good too...

Great service and really friendly staff made our 2 year old excited and not scared of the dentist. They taught us how to brush our kids teeth properly and form good habits to prevent problems later.

Brand new dental office in Sunnyvale. They do have a lot of locations but the Sunnyvale is by far my favorite. It is a really beautiful facility and I find their artistic style really inviting to a lot of kids. Dr. Esmalli is so wonderful and the front and back office staff are amazing I have recommended them to my whole family. Now my kids nieces and nephews have a fun dentist that they happily go to
