Kids Care Dental - Stockton at Brookside

Brought daughter in for check up and was told she needed two fillings but they couldnt be scheduled for 2 months.Then brought her in for them to be done and was told they werent prepared to do them.Rescheduled a month later and was told they had double booked her and couldnt see her.Rescheduled 2 months later and was told they had entered the appointment as a cleaning instead of fillings and could not do the fillings that day. Got a call as I left the building from their appointment center claiming we had missed the appointmentRescheduled again and was told that they only had time to do one of the two filling.Told them I will never ever bring my children back there. Wish I had said that the first time.

Had the most amazing experience everyone was amazing and they cater to your child and make them feel so comfortable Love this office and wont go anywhere else

My daughter loves it here She feels comfortable coming in and doesnt fight me to come in.

Very friendly love that they explained everything in detail and made my son feel at ease.

OrthodonticsMy 10 year old was the very first client for the day. No one was at the front desk and a note was posted that the team had a huddle. We waited for a good 5 minute wait and the tall dark-skinned receptionist appeared and asked without any warm greeting no good morning no hi and not even eye contact the lady asked if we needed to check-in. I replied I checked in on-line. With an arrogant condescending tone she replied Well you still need to check-in She loudly asked avoiding eye contact Last name First name And thats it Did not say if we take a seat or we should wait . So arrogant I was fuming with rage and to think this is a childrens dental service provider My daughter witnessed the pathetic low standard greeting that this lady displayed. Is this how your office set as an example to children You are providing service to children so please be selective with people you hire. Must be a bad huddle since she mistreated as that way.I am just grateful for the dental hygienist Geraldine who openly listened to my frustration . Geraldine was very professional and friendly. Now she did her job with excellenceBut for your receptionist on that day she needs some customer sensitivity education and training. She was so bad I dont want to see her receive us again on our next visit. She did not wear her name tag otherwise I would put her name here.I expect this office offering service to children to be warm friendly and inviting .Please employ those who cultivate your standard and culture promoting as good examples to children.

Doctor Nakamura his assistant Rosemarie and the front desk were amazing My 3 year old was not afraid at all and made him feel comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone. They were very thorough with the treatment plan and provided different options. Thank you Kids Care for the great service

I recently visited this dentists office with my daughter where she received 2 sealants and 1 filling. I cant say enough about the excellent care we received from Dr. Yakamura and his assistant Tasha. They were both exceptionally courteous and friendly making our visit comfortable and stress-free. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly impressive. Additionally the office is impeccably clean and designed to be kid-friendly which further enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this dental practice.

We had a great first time experience visiting this place yesterday. The office was clean. They take cute pictures for next appt card. The overall staff was super friendly. I wanted to give shoutout to Sharon. She was exceptional. My daughter was super scared but she made her feel comfortable. Amazing visit.

Ive gotta admit. Maaan this is a really dope dentist office. Like seriously. Most tend to be a little unsettling with different drill sounds and things. Just make it look a bit unnerving. Nope. Not this one. Soon as my kids walked in I could almost immediately see their fear soften and them become much more relaxed. Thats just from the ambiance and tranquility in the front office. Nice smooth and easy color tones greys blues yellows greens oranges. All blended so well. Staff is very pleasing to be around. My daughter is normally really reserved but you wouldnt know it from how well she acted with the staff. My son is like me. Im absolutely terrified of the dentist. I cant help it but he was surprisingly cool with this office. They both did their x-rays and got their teeth cleaned without any issues or cause for me to have to be right by their side. Theres a big area with video games and all for the waitin youth to play with not operable due to COVID tv monitors in the ceiling in the dental room with headphones for the kiddos while having their teeth worked on. Thats soo genius.. theyve really thought it through. I love this place lol. I highly recommend them. Give em a try. Im almost certain you wont be disappointed and neither will your bambinos
