Kids Care Dental - Roseville at the Galleria

We switched dentists for my 3 yr old son and were pleased to find out Kids Care Dental in Roseville accepted Metlife insurance and accepting new patients. They had books and cartoon in the waiting room for the kids and a jungle wall art with animals. The dentist and assistants were friendly and patient with my son who does not usually like to go to any doctor. They offered him a balloon stickers and goodie bag to take home. The office was pretty busy in the afternoon so I will schedule the next appt in the morning to avoid the afternoon rush. But overall it was a great experience for me and my son

My son was very nervous about getting dental work but the Doctor and Hygienist were so patient and caring. I am extremely grateful they took the time to talk to us and listen our concerns

My daughter had a great experience usually does my sons first dentist appointment went well and made him feel comfortable. Overall this dental office has been great Kudos to the staff and dentist that helped us out.

Weve been going to Kids Care for maybe 6years now. We love Dr Carlos and everyone that works there from front desk to the back office staff. They truly love kids and passionately just want kids to love coming to the dentists. I never felt pressured into making decisions with procedures and they will never surprise you with any fees.I wish theyll take adults too Ill def be switching practice.

If I could give zero stars I would. Making up charges after insurance paid for the initial visit. I called to dispute the charges and was told they would write off and close out the chart with an abrupt slamming n hangup on their end of the phone. I will now be looking for a new dentist office for my child

Kids care tried to put phase 2 on my daughter when she was scheduled for invisiline. Then they offered me 1000 discount only to see that they had also tried to raise the price by 1000 very concerned parent.

Kids Care is a fantastic dental office. The staff is really nice and good with kids. The dentists are also great at what they do and great at interacting with my kiddo.

We lovvveeee Kids care dental off Galleria Mall. Their staff are all amazing. I not once encounter any issue with them and they work with your kids fears and they took their time with my daughter until shes comfortable and ready ti keep her mouth open for cleaning. We regularly see Dr Carlos and his assistant Monique theyre the best they know how to deal with kids on spectrum. I recommended them to many friends and family and they feel the sameWay with their care and service.

The staff were super friendly and the office was very clean. Their office was a great kid friendly experience. They even have TVs playing movies up on the ceilings to keep kids entertained during their teeth cleaning. Dr. Carlos is wonderful with kids and extremely knowledgeable.
