Kids Care Dental - Pleasanton

Highly recommend against this practice. We were incorrectly billed at 4 separate visits and charged a no show fee when we never no showed. Every time I called to talk to someone about it they had an excusethe systems down the refund specialist is out we will call you back etc. It took 4 months of calling and arguing to get refunded. The billing department is extremely unorganized.The dentists here are also not great. My 5 year old is still traumatized from the way the dentist treated him when he got a cavity.

We have been taking our kids to Kids Care Dental for over 5 years. The ambiance is kid friendly clean and welcoming. Going to the dentist is never fun but our kids have never dreaded going to KCD. There have been changes of dental professionals but the quality of care has stayed consistent. They are upfront with costs and provide excellent customer and patient service.Another great aspect to this practice is the orthodontist is at the same facility. No need for unfamiliar transition for my son who was fitted with braces in recent months.

This is my very first review here in California. If i can give this clinic more than 5 stars..i will. They did an amazing job they really give me an at ease feelings towards my kids dental procedure. How do you give a negative star on this review My provider changed two times on a third provider now. They must have high turnover. My dental insurance contacted Kids care on three separate occasions and the staff never provided the updated information all three times so MetLife stopped payment resulting in Kids care sending me a invoice for 2800 for dental services. Still trying to resolve payment issue. If you enjoy talking to your dental insurance and Kids care day after day use this service. STAY AWAY

My daughter has some pretty serious ortho issues. We went in yesterday for a consultation and the experience was great. Everyone was super nice and comforting. Ortho can be scary and costs lots of money but they were so nice and accommodating. The office is super clean and they follow all the safetyCOVID protocols. Shout out to Cristal C the treatment coordinator. She made us laugh and when we left we felt as if we were friends.

We had a great experience at our teeth cleaning appointment for both my kids age 3 and 5. The process was efficient the facility was very clean and the staff were all practicing safety guidelines. All appointments are staggered so you are not in the office with other people and you are required to pre-register so you literally walk-in and the dentist sees you right away. I highly recommend everyone to keep up with their kids oral health and Im glad Kids Care Dental is open again

Our experience at Kid Care Dental was excellent. Everyone was kind and professional. The office was super clean and they took all of the precautions necessary to make sure we felt comfortable during the visit.

We were seen on time which is important when you have an appointment. I liked the place since the dentist and staff were great and very kid friendly. Elijah is four and they allowed me to be in same the room as him for his checkup which is another plus. I highly recommend Kids Care Dental.

Was previously going to my kids dentist no issues there either but there pediatric side closed so I chose kids care Offfice is extremely child oriented with fun colors and amazing murals TVs everywhere to keep children entertained Dr. is very nice and kind spent the time to get my child comfortable and it was a quick in and out paper work is all online and done beforehand to make time in waiting room less. They took our temperature upon arrival and had hand sanitizer readily available.

This was the best of all doctors visit for my daughter.This was her first time dental appointment. Everyone in there was very pleasant and very good with the kids. Each one of the staff was too good explained everything what they were doing to kids and parents.There wasnt any waiting time too. Everything was fast and clean I loved this place I would recommend them for any kid
