Kids Care Dental - Natomas

This was our first visit to the dental office and we were thoroughly impressed. The facility was immaculate the staff was punctual for my sons appointment and the entire visit was efficiently handledquick and seamless from start to finish

Dental hygienist seemed rushed. Not very friendly didnt even acknowledge me until I asked questions. Just weird.

My kids have been going to this office for years dental and complicated ortho. Both are anxious with sensory issues. All staff have been stellar.

Avoid this crap shoot all together. Sub par dentists who know nothing and anytime you call the number you reach someone random person in an Asian country...

My son is not a fan of ANY dental work and recently had to have braces put on. The team at Kids Car Dental Orthodontist are amazing. They made him feel comfortable with his favorite movie and headphones while they worked on his mouth. When he needed a break they were patient and carefully talked him through the steps they needed to take to complete the task. He said Mom I like them. They talk nice and are kind like you. He now feels comfortable and confident walking into their care. Im grateful for our experience.

My family has been patients of the Natomas office for over 4 years. They have always been amazing to us. From the staff member who kindly took care of me because I couldnt handle watching my youngest get a tooth pulled to the ortho staff who seamlessly switched my childs name and pronouns when requested to the doctor who cared for an unexpected foster child with a dental emergency on short notice. We had a billing issue at our last visit and it was handled in less than 24 hours. Thank you Kym Dr. Colleen Dr. Nicole Dr. Stacy Tina and all the staff who always make us feel cared for 3

We been with Kids Care Dental for a very long time now. We were originally in the Corporate Way office and had switch over to the Natomas Blvd and when calling I would be on hold forever and would just get hung up on. This has happened for the past three plus months. Somethings wrong with the system or the front desk office ladies are fed up and just hanging up on their customers. And this office front desk workers arent as welcoming and friendly as other offices.

We have been going to the Natomas office for the past 7 years and continue to drive there for our two kids dental care despite moving 30 minutes from their office.From Dr. Colleen and her peers to the hygienists to the front desk staff this office has always provided exceptional service. They are phenomenal with children and are thorough skilled clinicians. I trust them implicitly with both routine and urgent concerns and am grateful for the consistent care theyve provided throughout the years.When I started a new job many years back I changed insurance and we had to see a few different pediatric dentists after my toddler smashed her front teeth pushing our coffee table. At the time I didnt realize that not all dentists were like those at Kids Care Natomas and we ended up paying out of pocket to return to them because our experience at other places was terrible. It was money well spent. Even the dentists chosen to fill in for Dr. Colleens maternity leave were great. Dr. Dhillon who I believe is now at the Stockton office and her support staff helped us through that dental emergency with my youngest and I am forever grateful to them for their care. I plan to take my kids there until they age out.If youre considering this office give them a try. They are top notch and truly caring.
