Kids Care Dental - Manteca

My daughter has been coming to this office until today. It is very disappointing that I have to give this office a bad rating because of the dentist BenukoMy daughter was given an appointment today for cleaning. Her regular dentist was Dr Annabel.This new dentist Benuko was very rude to my daughter. The entire appointment she didnt speak to my daughter nor explain to her next treatment. Inside the room she and her assistant spoke and giggled when looking at my daughters chart. This made my daughter very uncomfortable.After cleaning she just told the front desk to schedule follow up appointments for my daughter without consulting with my daughter what these appointments were for. The entire visit she treated my daughter as if my daughter was invisible.The reason I was not there at the visit because my daughter just turned 18 and came back from college break. Due to continuity of care I let my daughter continued her appointment there. I was under the impression that the dentists would be professional enough to treat their patients with respect and dignity regardless how old their patients are.I am disappointed to see that this office has declined in service quality since last yearI definitely will let other parents know to avoid having their kids see this dentist. It will make the kiddos experience very unpleasant

Love Kids Care We have followed Dr Annabelle for almost 17 years now. Both of my boys have Dental Anxiety and her and the techs are amazing with them. We travel from Stockton to come see her Thank you Kids Care

I got my daughter to visit kids care for an emergency. The doctor was very gentle and listened to her concerns. My daughter is usually very good with being vocal about pain and had a terrible experience with my other daughter with a different dentist. The dentist Dr. Penukonda was quick with getting the procedure done and resolved the problem without much fuss The assistants are also helpful and professional. I highly recommend this dentist as they were quick efficient and reliable. If you have a kid that is scared this is the right place to take them. They also had some coloring paper in the front which the girls used. The office seems clean as well.

Kids never see the same dentist... the clinic is a turnstile for Doctors. All interactions are impersonable almost to the point its a meat market. My kids have been going here for several years and no consistency with doctors. So theres no doctor patient history. Ive personally seen the same dentist for 25 years

Five star in-office service one star for ability to contact. The staff is friendly professional and capable but you cant get hold of them to save a life. Our son has an appointment for an ortho consult that we made a year ago during his last consult and were going to be out of town. Ive called repeatedly both direct to the local office and the 844 national number. Im on hold for 10 minutes and then the line just disconnects. Its been this way for the past 4 weeks over multiple attempts to contact. Their site has no rescheduling option as far as Ive found so were forced to take a trip to the office to simply reschedule. Except...there will be no reschedule only a cancellation. I need better service than this. Bye bye Kids Care.

If it wasnt for my sons dentist dr Annabelle and the awesome technicians who help her I would never go back. I got a bill sent to my email for 300 so I call they told me its because missed appointments which acquired since the middle of last year I told them Ive always called to cancel just sometimes or was hours before the appointment because my son would get sick. They said I needed to call the night before How am I supposed to know my child is going to be sick the next day Very rude and insincere apparently you need to take your sick child so they dont charge you. And nevermore giving them curtousy call about not coming in. Never in my life had this issue. Also why was I never informed about this bill every time he did go very sad how this we handled.

This company is a scam. We had a service in April of 2022 and we just received a bill from them. They also charged me for a service they did not complete. Do not trust them with your child they will tell you anything to get more money out of you.

Office is very kid friendly. Mrs. Kaur made my daughter so comfortable provides quality care she was so patient with her. I never wouldve thought my daughter would be able to get her dental treatments done. If you have a kid whos usually afraid of going to the dentist go to her. Im in Stockton and because the quality of care Im willing to drive to Modesto to see her.

We love kids care dental. I have dragged my kids to a few different dentist in the area and none of them were as attentive as this office. Everyone in the office is polite. The dentist and the assistants do a very good job at communicating exactly what is going on and what needs to be done for future appointments. They go out of their way to make sure my kids feel safe and dont leave fearing the dentist.
